Summary of reviews

Guests say
Many guests complimented the friendly and helpful staff, as well as the convenient location near stores and restaurants. Several reviews noted that rooms were spacious and clean, with some guests feeling safe and comfortable during their stay. However, cleanliness was a recurring issue for others, with reports of dirty carpets, unclean bathrooms, and maintenance problems like broken AC and leaks. Bed comfort was also a concern for some, with complaints about hard or uncomfortable mattresses and pillows. Overall, positive experiences were driven by good service and location, while negative feedback focused on cleanliness and comfort issues.

Pros (+) Comfortable the beds were nice and the room and lots of space and was very clean, Laundry Room and Ice Machine in same lock room was nice. Good size Kitchenette with everything you needed to cook and eat with, free parking. Located just off the main road surrounded by everything you needed (Restaurants, Walmart, mall near by) .
Cons (-) The telephone message light wouldn't go off and nobody at the front desk knew how to turn it off or fix it. Certain TV channels (ABC,CBS,ESPN,ESPN2 and others) had no sound. Front employees sitting out front with friends smoking and talking to friend while on shift, kinda of a turn off.
