Pros (+) We are young & don't have huge amounts of money, so at first Air B&B seemed like the better option. But the location kept us looking at it. However, having stayed there and opted for the dinner, this is a place which goes above & beyond. Very laid back with an emphasis on enjoying the most simple and profoundly important act of being in France & in particular being in Champagne. Gracious & accommo...
Cons (-) This is an amazing place. If you don't like it, it's likely you should have stuck to Paris / some awful, gilded, Disney world of a hotel.
