Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests appreciated the hotel's convenient location, proximity to attractions, and some found the rooms comfortable and nicely decorated. However, many reviews highlighted significant issues with cleanliness, such as dirty rooms, unclean bathrooms, and lack of housekeeping. Service was also a major concern, with complaints about unhelpful or incompetent staff, delayed check-ins, poor communication, and lack of follow-up on requests. Overall, while the location was praised, the negative experiences with cleanliness and service overshadowed the positives for most guests.AI-generated from customer reviews

Pros (+) It was the only room available in town
Cons (-) Was worried about sticking to anything we touched. Outdated and lacking general repairs. There was a housing act sign on the door that showed the room was worth no more than $120 per night yet we were gouged for $160. Would rather sleep in a car if we did that again.

Sometimes there is. Not here. The room didn't feel or really look clean. Open used soap bar, stains on carpet. Bed seemed fine. The TV was a tube and not a flat screen. Not that I care really but flat screens ar...
Cons (-) Seemed not clean. Kinda loud from other rooms. I could hear the water in the pipes. Can't cover the windows all the way. Don't expect a lot and you won't be let down.
