Pros (+) Property was beautiful.
Cons (-) Room had wet spot in carpet most likely from rain that came down in wall. Outside Grill shut down due to rain. Should have larger overhang to stay open during these little storms.

Cons (-) the mattresses of the beds and the staff of the reception needs training.

Pros (+) The hotel staff were really friendly and helpful. The facilities are excellent! The resort is located near a gorgeous beach and Port Lucaya is a two minute walk away from the main entrance.
Cons (-) The housekeepers forgot to replace our wash towels twice during our brief stay. The queue for checkout was ridiculously long. When I finally got to the front the front desk agent took thirty seconds with me. I would expect more efficient service for the price.
