Got a free upgrade on my room, everything was exceptional, the room was very large, the balcony was amazing and the view was great. Breakfast is good, lot's of food and diversity. Went to the indoor pool and also the jacuzzi, everything great. I would repeat definitely.

Staff friendly and very helpful. Hotel clean and had great facilities including good Spa. The hotel pools inside and out were both good size, but we especially liked warmth of inside pool. The hotel itself was near the sea and there were many lovely restaurants nearby. We were able to use tour bus to nearby stop where we bought a 48 hr hop on and off Yellow Bus for three routes. It enabled us to do cable car and glass floor viewing station too so proved to be very convenient and cost effective. Caught airline bus back to airport from same stop on departure day. Hourly service cost 5 euro to airport very handy and much cheaper than taxi. Great hotel, we had a brilliant stay.
No mint tea in room but made up for at breakfast.
