Cons:
Avis in Malmö was closed at the time of my arrival at 13:25, so I didn't get my car, and had to organise my travelling in other ways. My rental agreement was from 13:00 on Saturday until 12:00 on Monday, which in my opinion means that I have a car from 13:00 onward, not before that time, implying that I should pick it up not earlier than 13:00. But the office closes at 13:00, and when I called the phone number on the closed door, the automated reply told me to contact Avis by email... I tried to call Avis before my plane left Helsinki, when the office is still open, but I only got a message telling me that all agents were busy. This was definitely the last time I use the combination KAYAK/Avis.8.0 Very Good

Pros:
Nothing, didn't receive what I requested.Cons:
I got electric car instead of patrol one. Ruined my trip, needed to return the car at Gothenburg instead of Malmo and even paid extra. This was after it took me from 6:00 pm to 4:00 am to get from Malmo to Göteborg because I had to charge the car more then 6 hours(there was no fast change at this car model)2.0 Poor
