Pros: The pilot on the plane at least attempted to explain and apologise. The only RyanAir staff member that seemed to have any slight sense of customer service at Stanstead.

Cons: Everything. RyanAir Website and app weren’t working so couldn’t download boarding pass and had to queue to sort out. The operator then refused to check our bags into the hold and said we had to take them on plane. Complained as had liquids in case that we didn’t want to throw away and had to queue again for half an hour. The same operator then checked the bags in inexplicably without question - totally pointless waste of our time and theirs. Then we arrived at the gate just in time for it opening and was forced to queue for an hour as the plane was delayed without any explanation or apologies. Hope I am never unfortunate enough to travel with this airline again.

Cons: It was my fourth flight with Ryanair in one week and in all those flights it was super cold temperature in the cabin. I asked the flight attendants for a bit higher at every flight but they did not fix it. Crew said that the captain regulates it.. At each flight all passengers in the rows around me agreed that it was very cold and they said that its always cold and the crew never changes it anyway. They cannot expect anything getting warmer, it is always uncomfortable cold. The flights were horrible and uncomfortable because of just that detail. I have problem with my throat and breathing since then. It got irritated and soar. I am a regular flyer becuase of my job and tried Ryanair but it was the coldest trips ever.

However the flight ended up being initially delayed for roughly 90 minutes according to the airport, while many passengers received notifications that it was closer to 2 and a half hours. When asked, the Ryanair deask said that they did not know anything and basically told us it was not their problem. We did not take off until after 5pm. However, it did not end there. Having never been told what the problem was, we finally boarded the plane and found that it was filthy. There were bread crumbs all over my seat and a candy bar wrapper underneath. I would have thought that with an extra 4 hours the plane could have at least been cleaned. Other than that, it was typical Ryanair, the seats do not recline, the staff is indifferent, and boarding was done via a bus to the tarmac.

Cons: €70 per person fee for not printing a boarding pass 2 hours prior to departure. No JTR kiosks to even try doing this. The check-in was not avail' via the app. The Skyserv staffer lied to us about sending an email notice & SMS about this. There was ZERO flexibility by the Skyserv staff to enforce this horse$#;t policy, just a hardlined pay the fee or don't fly. Thus we had to double, triple the cost of our flight just to get to Athens. JTR is worse than flight terminals in Iraq & Afghanistan. The flight - who cares, they ripped us off, made our morning miserable, and we'll never fly RyanAir again.

Cons: It was our honeymoon, flight was nearly an hour late. When we asked the guy that was boarding us why the flight was not on time and very late he said ‘wheelchairs and stuff, you know the usual’ and laughed?! I have no idea why he would find incompetence or disabilities funny. The whole scenario was awful. Will not be flying with Ryanair again!

Cons: Check in was a complete disaster. I only needed to check my suitcase as we had our boarding passes already. It was anarchy and we nearly missed our flight despite being there hours early purely because the check in procedure was so chaotic. Then to top it off, my bag was lost and I was given a stranger’s baggage tag. I don’t know how they will be able to trace my bag with this. It is currently missing in action. Great start to a long awaited holiday!

Pros: Best: The flight was direct, not routed through distant cities as is the case with some low fairs from Stockholm to London.

Cons: Worst: The procedures for getting from the airport entrance to the actual aircraft. Only a few minutes to know the gate, thus getting to the gate is rushed. Also the line for checking in was long, and there was no sigh to let me know that I needed to check in even though I already had a boarding pass.

Cons: I was told I received 12 emails indicating that I needed to check in from seven days until the flight... However, I never received them and looked in my junk mail folder as well. They charged £45 for both of us. I also called the company the day that I booked and was told I didn't have to pay for a checked bag. But upon arrival, we got hit with another £55 charge each. While I understand there are some fees oftentimes, but this is ridiculous and more than excessive. I will never use this company again and will tell everyone to avoid them.

Pros: Really good price, boarding was very quick with no hanging around at the gate - straight on the aircraft. I was lucky to get a row of seats to myself on what was an almost full flight. The flight was smooth and early to land. One crew member was nice. Aircraft in good condition and appeared to be well maintained.

Cons: Very little leg room and hard uncomfortable seating. The other crew member had a bit of attitude about his persona, was aloof / borderline rude.

Pros: Clean plane with reasonable knee room. Crew was polite and friendly. Bag drop was fast and friendly.. Flight left a little last due to ATC issues but landed at the scheduled time.

Pros: I called flight network and was put on hold for about five minutes, simply to get an answer to the question of the baggage allowance - I didn’t see it anywhere when booking the wiz air ticket. They told me that I was slowed one checked baggage and one cabin baggage that would be charged about €40 if it was over 30 kilos (which it was not). At the airport wizz air said that I had chosen online booking (which I had not) and therefore I had to pay a €30 fee. Also they said I had no checked baggage allowance and was charged an additional €150 !!!!

Cons: That I wa given false information that cost me a huge amount of money, And that the booking page does not make it easy to add baggage information.

Pros: The air hosts and hostesses were very polite and courteous.

Cons: The flight was delayed by an hour which meant we missed a connecting bus journey. The space in the seat is very limited and cramped, I was very uncomfortable in the chair with my knees pushed into the back of the seat in front. I am 6ft 1in which is tall but not that tall. Anyone taller might not be able to get into the seat at all. There was a problem with the website so we couldn't check in online and we had tried to change our flight a few days earlier but the website again didn't work, we tried to call a call centre whose number was on there, didn't work.

Pros: On time, cabin crew, ease of boarding and amount of bags I could take with Priority Boarding

Cons: My seat hadn't been cleaned prooerly before I got there and if I hadn't done it myself, I would have someone else's chocolate all over the seat of my trousers. Also, the bathroom floors were really gross, to the point I had to roll uo the legs of my trousers so they didn't get wet when I needed to use the toilet.

Pros: Nothing in particular. I guess crew was polite

Cons: THEY MADE ME CHECK MY STROLLER! I had to roam the airport with a baby in my arms while struggling to drag the baby's food and my carryon around! They didn't return the stroller for customs or anything. This was so insensitive. Additionally, nothing was showing on the screens, they could have at least kept the screensavers or flight path displayed.

Pros: What I liked was the cleaness of the premium cabin on the Dreamliner was a plus. Seat 5A was roomy enough for a 5'4" female. The food that was included with my fare was good but I felt like a giant because the portions were packaged in these tiny little boxes and the plastic utensils where so small that it was hard to wrap your fingers around them to eat your food. The crew was attentive and the pilot spoke clearly when giving announcements which was a plus for me because I don't hear very well inside an airplane.

Cons: What I didn't like was that when you requested Business Class when booking your flight and you had the option to choose Business Class and your boarding pass and receipt states, "Business Class" on it, you think you are GETTING Business Class. However, that wasn't the case. The seats in the Premium Cabin are NOT Business Class. The seats do not lay completely flat. They only reclined back to to about half way and when the passenger in front of you have their seat reclined back, you have to pull on their head rest in order to get out of your seat. But the seats did have a foot rest which reclined with your seat. So, it could have been worse. In my defense, I did not know that this airline markets itself as a premium low fare airline. Had I known, I either would have not booked the ticket and went to BA or would have less expectations.

Pros: Friendly staff as always, and more leg room than most budget carriers

Cons: They announced a 10 minute delay, which lasted for two hours without passengers getting any information, and had to take the bus a long way as the plane had somehow ended up at the other side of the airport. Then once boarded, we sat on the tarmac for at least 30 minutes.

Pros: It was a non-stop flight from {Paris to Fort Lauderdale and it was not expensive. The plane was new and the crew were fine.

Cons: I went online and paid for my seat upgrade and also for my luggage...fair enough for a cheap flight. NOWHERE ONLINE WAS I WARNED THAT YOU HAD TO PREPAY FOR FOOD. I arrived on board and they are reaching over me to serve others their hot meals. Not even a glass of water. I tried to order from their canteen and the food was sold out after a few hours... "Sorry Sir, limited stock" what?? It's a ten hour flight and you bring limited stock? This is the national carrier from Norway, supposedly one of the best countries in the world for quality of life???

Cons: There was a hidden charge for everything. If you didn’t check in online, it was 55 Euro, to change your seat to sit next to whoever you are flying with 8 Euro, every refreshment was a charge, luggage was a charge, and the staff were very unfriendly. I will never fly this airline again.

Cons: Boarding in Manchester was a disaster. Scanned boarding passes, let everyone down the stairs to the apron, only for to be told to come all the way back up the strairs again because of a change of aircraft. Had to do the whole pre boarding and boarding process all over again. More interested in selling hot Panninis rather than check if we had a belt for our baby. Even after doing safety checks, they passed us and still didn’t have a belt for our baby. Only when we called them back And asked for a belt did we get one, and all this whilst the aircraft was moving. Waited over 25 minutes for our buggy bag to come out the baggage belt in Dublin.

Cons: Dear Sir or Madam: My two colleagues and I bought our tickets from BWI to Geneva, via London Heathrow, through Kayak as I have many times in the past. However, the Kiwi.com travel agency did not flag that the ticket from BWI to London Heathrow allowed for one piece of checked luggage, but the ticket from London Heathrow onwards to Geneva did not allow for any checked luggage. Also astonishingly, we had to pass through Customs, reclaim our checked suitcases from the baggage carousel, and check in again through Customs to board the onward flight, both coming and going through London Heathrow. In addition to the extraordinary inconvenience that we could neither transit at London Heathrow to our connecting flight without going through Customs twice and that we could not check our luggage through to our final destination, we also had to foot a higher baggage charge to allow for checking in our suitcases, now that we had arrived in London Heathrow only to discover this that our onward ticket did not cover one piece of checked luggage. Had we known that the seemingly better price posted by Kiwi.com on Kayak’s comparative offerings came at such a high price of inconvenience and additional expense for the luggage, we would have taken our business elsewhere. It was deceptive of Kiwi.com to engage in such practices, even if it disclosed these conditions in fine print (for no one would expect, nor have I ever seen previously in the hundreds of flights I have taken as a Million Miler on United), without flagging this. And similarly, it was irresponsible of Kayak.com to allow this “apples with oranges” comparison on its website. I’m making three more international trips in December, but I’m inclined not to use either Kayak.com and most certainly not Kiwi.com for future airline ticket purchases.

Cons: I got to the airport with plenty of time to make my 1:30pm flight. However the flight ended up being initially delayed for roughly 90 minutes according to the airport, while many passengers received notifications that it was closer to 2 and a half hours. When asked, the Ryanair deask said that they did not know anything and basically told us it was not their problem. We did not take off until after 5pm. However, it did not end there. Having never been told what the problem was, we finally boarded the plane and found that it was filthy. There were bread crumbs all over my seat and a candy bar wrapper underneath. I would have thought that with an extra 4 hours the plane could have at least been cleaned. Other than that, it was typical Ryanair, the seats do not recline, the staff is indifferent, and boarding was done via a bus to the tarmac.

Pros: Was it a new plane? Seemed to be quite roomy for an Easyjet flight. Very quick security at Luton!

Cons: Boarding seemed really staggered instead of free flowing.like other flights, that is, a few people for on, it looked like it.was going to be a quiet flight, then a few more people for on, then heaps of people got on really late, so then there were problems with overhead space and people couldn't get past one another in the aisle... It was a bit of a shambles. Very slow passport control in Stockholm.

Cons: I was told I received 12 emails indicating that I needed to check in from seven days until the flight... However, I never received them and looked in my junk mail folder as well. They charged £45 for both of us. I also called the company the day that I booked and was told I didn't have to pay for a checked bag. But upon arrival, we got hit with another £55 charge each. While I understand there are some fees oftentimes, but this is ridiculous and more than excessive. I will never use this company again and will tell everyone to avoid them.

Pros: The crew were nice

Cons: Check in was a complete disaster. I only needed to check my suitcase as we had our boarding passes already. It was anarchy and we nearly missed our flight despite being there hours early purely because the check in procedure was so chaotic. Then to top it off, my bag was lost and I was given a stranger’s baggage tag. I don’t know how they will be able to trace my bag with this. It is currently missing in action. Great start to a long awaited holiday!

Pros: The pilot on the plane at least attempted to explain and apologise. The only RyanAir staff member that seemed to have any slight sense of customer service at Stanstead.

Cons: Everything. RyanAir Website and app weren’t working so couldn’t download boarding pass and had to queue to sort out. The operator then refused to check our bags into the hold and said we had to take them on plane. Complained as had liquids in case that we didn’t want to throw away and had to queue again for half an hour. The same operator then checked the bags in inexplicably without question - totally pointless waste of our time and theirs. Then we arrived at the gate just in time for it opening and was forced to queue for an hour as the plane was delayed without any explanation or apologies. Hope I am never unfortunate enough to travel with this airline again.
