Clogged tub drain, uncomfortable bed, so bad smelling heater, and much insects. A staff doesn’t care about customer’s inconveniences. Told us at 10pm you should find the other hotel if you don’t like.

Pros (+) Good location. Have a balcony with a river view.
Cons (-) Dirty stains on the carpet. Floor not cleaned properly before our check-in. AC does not work Blinds let in light -- did not have a good sleep. Outside balcony light constant on during the night. TV not working. Beds too soft -- got backaches. Less secure door locks.
Pros (+) Located on scenic Yellowstone River, and a half-mile from Yellowstone national park.
