Staff is really nice.and the building is clean and well taken care of. You have to go up 2 flights of steep stairs to use the pool. It is hard for a disabled person to use. Also if you have small children it might be a pain trying to hold on to them and climbing stairs. No laundry service so you have to walk to laundromat a couple of blocks away.
