This is our second time at this beautiful hotel. I loved the antique Chinese furniture and spacious thoughtfully designed rooms. Perfect location and helpful staff.

Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's convenient location, friendly and helpful staff, and spacious rooms with unique heritage charm. However, cleanliness issues, especially with linens and general housekeeping, are a recurring concern. Breakfast receives mixed feedback, and some guests note maintenance issues with facilities. Despite these drawbacks, the hotel's atmosphere and service often leave a positive impression.AI-generated from customer reviews
