For 4+ star a bit disappointing..
The views of the pyramids while having breakfast, lunch or dinner were stunning, day and night. The grounds were gorgeous - lush gardens, water pools etc.
Don't go in the winter season. After 5 phone calls to the assistant manager, guest services rep etc. and 2 visits from electricians, the room remained cold and only cold air poured into the room. When the temperature outside is 8 degrees, this is unacceptable. Two days of shivering and then finally housekeeping on my last night brought a small portable heater to put on the floor. On checking out, the front desk staff shrugged and said that it really was too bad....as they charged $200 US per night. Really?! That's all?
had a room with a view overlooking the pyramids. great location to visit the pyramids easy to walk to
breakfast was not so good. was a buffet breakfast and bit cold. food could be kept hot better
Good hotel very professional £135 per night but worth it
It’s the perfect location for the pyramids, about 3 min walking to go there. Excellent breakfast with the view. The room is big and clean. The staff is really nice. It’s quite far from Cairo vite with the traffic about 40 min but cheap with uber.
It was raining a lot one day and they didn’t have any umbrellas so it was annoying to walk under the heavy rain, from the reception to the breakfast room we had time to take a shower. But we understood that it’s rarely raining in Cairo so they’re probably not used to this weather.
Fantastic location - proximate to the pyramids.
The service. I was overcharged for several "limousines" that turned out to be no more than a Mitsubishi Lancer.... I was taken to a dodge money exchange by the hotel staff (who was obviously making a deal out of it) and the layout is terrible.
