Pros (+) Room size was good, comfortable bed, clean. Room refreshed every day. Breakfast was decent.
Cons (-) We stayed in room 101 and it did have an odd odor Every time we walked in.

Pros (+) Overall, I liked my stay. Everything was clean and fresh and comfortable.
Cons (-) The sink is too high for the average person and shaped poorly so that it pushes you away from the sink. These two design flaws make using the bathroom sink awkward for anyone shorter than 5'10". The towels were very thin, probably old towels. I expected better from the Hampton.
Pros (+) The Staff was friendly and accommodating.
Cons (-) The breakfast on Friday was not hot and the toaster was very slow.
