Summary of reviews

Guests say

Most guests praised the staff for being helpful, polite, and professional, which made their stay more comfortable. However, the hotel received overwhelmingly negative feedback for cleanliness, with numerous reports of cockroach infestations, dirty rooms, and unpleasant odors. Several guests also raised concerns about safety and did not feel secure during their stay. Issues with amenities such as broken elevators, missing breakfast, and malfunctioning keys were also mentioned. Overall, while the service stood out positively, significant improvements are needed in cleanliness and safety.

Pros (+) Clean, well maintained. Inexpensive. Friendly staff.

Cons (-) Definitely an extended stay hotel, which I didn't see when I booked it for a couple of days. No cookware, plates, dishes, etc in kitchen. Sign said you could ask for them, but I was coming and going at odd hours and didn't want the hassle. Why provide a kitchen then not stock it with supplies?)
