The hotel was very clean, staff was friendly (even at my evening check-in), the rooms looked very modern and were comfortable. I also loved that they had Dove products (hand soap, lotion, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash!). The breakfast area was very tidy and the food tasted great. I will definitely be staying again.

Corners of the bathroom had hair and debris . Not swept or mopped. We did appreciate having the room cleaned every day. We stayed in a handicapped accessible room but the outside door did not have an auto open button outside side entrance. Not enough handicapped parking and the ornamental grass blocked the sidewalk used w wheelchair.

Breakfast is better than airline food because of available portion sizes. Soggy or missi g meats and overcooked eggs. Pancakes cooked on one side when the machine wasnt empty. Sausage was good. No white bread for toast, only whole wheat. Coffe was ok but weak. And not surprisingly, no one wears a mask. No covid in this universe.

Pros (+) Loved the couple of times bacon was provided. Staff was great.
Cons (-) Breakfast omelettes are as tasty as cardboard. Room AC kept the room cool but still very humid. Handicapped room was tight with conventional shower and tub.

Pros (+) Loved that there was an included breakfast. Food staff very friendly and considerate. Mini cinnabon for breakfast plus yogurt.
Cons (-) Oddly the faucets are backwards. Cold and hot are reversed. I really wish hotels wouldn't use frozen omelettes, weak coffee and rubbery eggs. And why is there no handicapped parking next to the entrance.
