Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guest reviews overwhelmingly highlight severe issues with cleanliness, including dirty rooms, stained linens, and unclean bathrooms. Service is frequently described as unprofessional, unresponsive, and understaffed, with many guests experiencing delays and lack of assistance. Bathrooms are commonly reported as broken, dirty, or poorly maintained. Bed comfort and linen hygiene are also major concerns. Many guests feel the hotel does not offer value for the price paid. Only a few positive mentions were made about location and room size, but these are overshadowed by negative experiences.
