Pros (+) Bed was comfortable, clean room, helpful staff.
Cons (-) AC was so noisy had to turn it off to sleep - made for a hot, uncomfortable room overall. Pull out couch/bed was thin and very uncomfortable - son preferred the floor. Also, extra blankets were scratchy and low quality.
