Upon entering the room the trash can hadn't been dumped & didn't appear to be too clean. I requested fresh linen to put on the bed because the linen didn't look clean

location was good. had ground floor no steps
no check-in till 4pm. vending machines were stacked in hallway so you had to squeeze by on way to and from room + all vending machines were empty and or out of order. no coffee or breakfast.
I was only given one pillow for my room and no comforter just 2 sheets. It was dirty and i so wish i could get a refund

When I ot there they give me my room key and when I got to it the room had not been cleaned. But the guy working the front was quick to put me in another room. Staff was great. Now why couldn't I have gotten this about the red roof in from the night befor
The Hotel 8 walls were to thin you can hear next room over and guess walking down the hall . There were roaches in the room and the toilet over flowed everyday I stayed. The front desk was disrespectful and didnt speak English well . No communication
The room size was adequate and it had a nice size tv as well.Enjoyed the fact you could open the windows for fresh air...really a big my kids enjoyed their stay here.
The housekeeper didn't come by the next day,and I asked the housekeeper that night for soap and she stated it wS already in my room 2 small bars of soap 2 wash your hands and bath...So I mentioned to her yes it was but today is a new day and no one came b
