Summary of reviews

Guests say

Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent location, especially for access to hiking and nature activities, as well as the warm and helpful service from staff. The breakfast and dinner options, particularly the quality and variety of food, received high marks from many guests, though a few noted issues with restaurant reservations and menu limitations. The onsen and other amenities, such as private baths and free treats, were highlighted as standout features. Some reviews mentioned that the hotel is dated and could use renovation, and a few guests found the value for price and remoteness to be drawbacks. Overall, the positives of location, service, food, and amenities outweighed the negatives for most guests.
