Pros (+) Rooms are nice and would like to stay longer.
Cons (-) My first room had a broken couch that was open and would not close. The room I ended up in did not have the kitchen floor cleaned and something was obviously spilled on it and was sticky and streaked.

Pros (+) We stayed with our family of 5 and our dog. The 2 bedroom suite was very spacious, and it was so nice to have the kitchen. Every single staff member we came in contact with was extremely friendly and helpful. The evening social during the week is a great idea, and the free breakfast was good!
Cons (-) Our a/c unit in our suite leaked water all over the carpet, but a maintenance man was sent up immediately and the problem was taken care of.

Pros (+) Staff was friendly and helpful. It's nice that they offered breakfast and dinner. However, dinner was a little sad salad bar.
Cons (-) The room wasn't the cleanest (sticky kitchen floor, crumbs on the carpet, and q-tips in the trash). The room faintly smelled like smoke but when I called down they said that it was the cleaner they used.
