Pros (+) It was very close to the water and a few good restaurants and had free parking
Cons (-) We didn’t realize we would be sharing a bathroom and shower, let alone with 4 other rooms of at least 2 people per room. Also I was told on arrival that I still needed to pay but I had received a payment confirmation via email when I paid in full upon booking. Also it said breakfast would be included but it wasn’t; there was just a shared kitchen for people to make their own things with their own ...

Pros (+) -beds were comfortable -sink was inside our room (not available for all rooms) -breakfast was an option -there was a storm that entire day, and the owner advised us to stay inside the place without further charges. -as long as you expect a college dorm room-like facility, you'll be pleased with it. Clean, warm, and simple. -easy to find (for travelers who do not have a GPS)
Cons (-) -we woke up in the middle of the night because the storm blew several plastic chairs against our walls and windows until they shattered into pieces. -owner is slightly difficult to get in touch with (even while inside the guesthouse). He lives upstairs. -breakfast was supposedly at 730 downstairs, but the room did not open until 8 and everyone in the building was wondering who to ask and where to ...
