8.3 Excellent
Pros: Wonderful friendly welcome. Great location only 10 minutes walk from the Railway Station, 2 minutes to the river, with pubs and restaurants (Steins / Gaucho) to hand. The room, albeit small, was clean and had a comfy bed with a separate bathroom with (non-thermostatic) over bath shower. Continental breakfast was good with plenty of coffee, ham, cheeses and toast. Great attention from the staff. If you a need a clean friendly place to get your head down for a few nights in Richmond, this is a good hotel with very reasonable prices for the location. Again, the owner and staff were great.
Cons: Room a little dated, as was the bathroom.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Location great- staff very helpful and friendly- nice outlook - effective double glazing - breakfast was excellent
Cons: Windows were not clean; room decor a bit tired. Also booking agency error indicated operating hours till 2100 only, not the actual 2200, so very rushed to arrive unnecessarily, and hotel did not respond to my pre-arrival question to clarify that matter
8.0 Excellent
Pros: The hotel was very well located in Richmond as we had an event on Saturday near Ealing Broadway and another on Sunday in Kingston. Very helpful and pleasant staff . Very nice continental breakfast.
Cons: There is a small bar almost next door to the hotel and on the Saturday the noise from it went on until 3am.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Location was excellent for shopping, eating and proximity to the station. The lady at the hotel was so obliging, helpful and friendly. Honestly, it's worth visiting this hotel to experience her kindness and friendliness. Lovely hot shower, nice and clean place, comfortable bed, good breakfast. Very positive experience.
Cons: It wasn't the hotel's fault, but our room looked out onto the street. There is a bar next door and there was a lot of noise into the early hours from the bar, followed by what sounded like bottles loaded up for collection, then the collection of said bottles (they dropped them). It is centrally located, and noise comes with that, but this was the only thing I didn't like.

Pros: When I told the girl at check in that my family had checked in she gave me a room next to them! I appreciated that for sure!,
Cons: Nothing
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Room was super clean and bed very comfortable. We checked in early and our room was not yet ready, but they were kind enough to give us a different room which was a kind of a downgrade, but we gladly accepted it as all we wanted was to go to sleep, after a night flight.
Cons: This comment is for Travelocity’s attention: the hotel would not recognize my Accor Hotel membership and would not credit my Accor account for this stay. Neither were they willing to give us access to the Club which is a courtesy they normally give Accor members. All of this was because we did not book directly with Accor, rather through Travelocity. We understand that this is Accor’s policy and not Travelocity’s fault, but, if you want to keep us as customer, can’t you work with the hotel chain to remedy this shortcoming?
10.0 Excellent

5.8 Okay
Pros: The location was great
Cons: The executive Queen’s room was small. The air conditioning was inefficient. We were above a conference room. The wedding party’s finished at 1 am. The staff were moving furniture around and setting up the room till 4am and so we were kept awake till then. We reported both issues and all we got was ‘ohh sorry about that’, nothing to make us feel that our concerns were taken seriously, not even an offer of a drink from the bar or free breakfast to make us feel better.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Good selection of food at breakfast. Lovely bacon and nice scrambled eggs, (not watery).

Pros: Bdd extra comfy
Cons: Room was to small
8.8 Excellent
Pros: The room we were given was modern and stylish. The location on the River Thames within its own large grounds was lovely and peaceful. Staff were friendly and helpful.
Cons: Although the hotel has a good mixture of modern without removing its original character it is unfortunately looking tired in areas, mainly due to the cleanliness standard. Several carpets and items of furniture in main areas (also in our room) where stained and the public toilet facility definitely required a deep clean to remove limescale. Our private bathroom in our room also required a deep clean as several areas have been overlooked during the general daily clean. Our milk jug also had a layer of dust and a hair in it, which mean it has not been changed for some time.
7.5 Good
Pros: It’s look
Cons: No walk in Shower
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything
Cons: Our room was a little small but it didn't have any impact on our overall stay.

9.3 Excellent
Pros: The food was excellent and staff were very helpful
Cons: In the room although we liked the TVs cabinet the doors didn't open up wide enough so if you were walking past, you needed to be careful not to bump head on door. The cleaner walked into room this morning at 10.20 without knocking!
9.3 Excellent
Pros: We attended the Left Bank restaurant buffet. The food was absolutely delicious as usual! We decided to reserve an hour at the Hot Tub for the first time which completely exceeded our expectations would 100% recommend everyone to book a time there.
Cons: Bar staff were very slow coming over to our table and asking us for any drinks or food.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: breakfast was good but expensive at £18.95
Cons: The price of the breakfast
9.5 Excellent
Pros: The reception staff were very helpful and friendly. I think I was checked in by a guy called Daniel who was exceptionally friendly and helpful. The facilities are lovely, clean and welcoming. Particularly, the outdoor space is beautiful, the deckchairs to just chill out in are wonderful. When I've stayed in places like this before all the space has had the overwhelming feeling of needed to buy something from a bar or restaurant before you could enjoy the space, but it's not like this here. You can relax, wander and just chill out. I went on a lovely walk, fuelled by a lovely summer cocktail at the bar. Staines is just up the road with some good restaurants (cheap and cheerful is the theme). I didn't go into Egham but imagine the range is comprehensive!
Cons: It's a little on the pricey side, if I were to go again I'd definitely be looking for a deal.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Good buffet
8.3 Excellent
Pros: A superb location alongside the Thames and a fantastic place to enjoy a lovely breakfast on the Saturday morning. The restaurant staff were particularly helpful and the reception was very efficient.
Cons: The room would benefit from an upgrade and it was disappointing to learn it was an additional £10 to use the outdoor swimming pool.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Amazing breakfast , lunch and dinner, excellent customer service. Lovely riverside location. Will come again
Cons: Air conditioning in room
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Wide selection of excellent food
4.5 Okay
Pros: Views of the river
Cons: Room very loud air conditioner, close proximity to M25 under estimated how much you would hear the road noise while outside by the river

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Staff were excellent. Very friendly and helpful. Hotel was immaculate
Cons: The room was a but warm
7.5 Good
Pros: The hotel was beautiful. I asked for connecting rooms and I received a phone call from them before we checked confirming the connecting rooms. I really appreciated that. The rooms were clean, with gorgeous interiors. Bathrooms spacious and modern. The service was efficient, friendly. I love the hotel set up, location, rooms, interiors and views.
Cons: The biggest problem that makes me not happy with our stay was that we found two hairs in our breakfast. One in the bowl of fruit and a longer, thicker one in the baked beans. It was really gross to say the least. I would not have expected that to happen at such an elegant hotel. And therefore I would hesitate to stay there again. They did profusely apologise and offer to replace the food but by this time we were turned off the food and it was an unfortunate and off putting end to our otherwise, enjoyable stay.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: They were the most wonderful hotel I’ve ever stayed in- they let us check in early and upgraded us to the premiere suite! I’ve never been treated so much like a queen. They far exceeded every hope and I am telling everyone I know to book with them in the future. It was the perfect place- gorgeous setting, excellent staff, incredible service, exquisite dining, and impeccable rooms. I’d stay forever if I could!
Cons: Nothing to dislike! It was a fairytale; thank you for every kindness!
7.5 Good
Pros: Good breakfast, though quite expensive. Location good with nice views. Staff helpful and attentive. Easy to find, and good on-site parking.
Cons: Public areas far superior in decor/presentation to private bedroom, which was basic. No air conditioning. Cleaner came in very early (before 9am) to clean room, which delayed us using the room again upon our return from breakfast. Expensive breakfast.
5.5 Okay
Pros: The location was excellent and the hotel decor was good and in keeping
Cons: No air con and no real opening window very small room for the price Hotel Bar very expensive
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Charming historic hotel with an air of elegance and calm. The public areas were beautifully furnished and the staff were attentive, friendly and helpful. The beds were very comfortable and the room quiet despite sleeping with the windows open. Great to breathe fresh air so close to central London thanks to the surrounding trees and meadows of Richmond Hill. Useful to be able to leave our car in the car park and use public transport around London.
Cons: It was all good.
4.5 Okay
Pros: Only the location
Cons: The room was dirty (dust and dirty cup) and the bathroom ceiling was cracked and bits of paint were on the floor.Bathroom's light was also falling down.At the reception we asked to speak to the manager but the receptionist and bellboy told us they were in charge and that we should talk to them. They apologised for the state of the room but no service recovery whatsoever....not even a coffee was offered!! We will definitely not recommend this hotel to friends or family and will not visit again.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful hotel and surroundings with helpful and friendly staff.
6.8 Good
Pros: We loved the location and the friendly and helpful reception and bar staff. The room and bathroom were very clean. The building is very impressive from the outside and has a nice interior when you come in. The bed was very comfortable.
Cons: The room was ok, we were on the top floor (under the roof) and it was a bit small and got stuffy quickly. Interior was a little dated. Shower didn’t have very good water pressure. The bar interior also looked a little dated and worn. The breakfast is a hefty £18,00, a coffee is 5£. We would have been happier if the breakfast was included as we felt that 172,00£ (booked about 3 months in advance) for that room was a pretty high price to pay for a 2 night stay.

Pros: This place is an absolute gem and is located in a prime central location
Cons: The breakfast was very disappointing just a few pieces of unpeeled fruit, granola, a few cereals, one yoghurt, one type of bread, croissant and crumpet and only strawberry jam. Would like to have seen various breads, jams, marmelade, cheeses, cold meats and a fresh fruit salad.

7.5 Good
Pros: Excellent location - handy for town but suitably quiet Lovely outlook across gardens and river. Attractive décor in room and public areas and very clean.
Cons: Restaurant poor value. Breakfast (continental) was overpriced and not well stocked - even relatively early no croissants available and would have been 15 minute delay to acquire more..!

Cons: 1) Being refurbished outside, no comments on website to inform you Had a painter outside my bedroom window in the morning Not an issue to reburb, however should let customers know 2) a/c in the room very noisy 3) Hotel advertised as b&b, but fro anything cooked it’s an extra price, which is just wrong!
6.8 Good
Pros: Lovely view over garden to the river. Breakfast was very good, if a bit slow.
Cons: Very noisy plumbing. Sounded like someone playing the drums. Very irritating. Made for a short night. Advise asking for a room at top of hotel to avoid noise coming up from the bar.

Pros: Madam/Sir, Manager/ Administrator of Hotel Hyatt Place Heathrow Airport, The Grove, Bath Road, Hillingdon, I am your guest since last four/ five years, whenever, I visited London I always stay in your Hotel, unfortunately, on 31 July 2019 I became disappointed from slightly bad behavior of bar staff on 32 July 2019 evening in the hotel Lobby Bar, when I was sitting and enjoining joyful atmosphere of lobby bar with my own test of wine which I often use here without hesitation and objection but barman came in front of me and raised objection here you cannot use your own wine, you may use/buy hotel bar only however u may go out. (Further I may explain that there is no any other comfortable sitting place in hotel so have no other option sit only in Lobby Area.) This incident not only became surprisingly but It is insult of any guest. Regarding this issue I sent complaint an email which has been gone vain. Unfortunately no any solution southout. Regards Unfortunately Your guest AMJAD HUSSSAIN
Cons: Suggestions Kindly make a specially sitting area in or outside of hotel where guests may enjoy according to their wish. Regards.

9.3 Excellent
Pros: swimming pool and Gym
Cons: breakfast too expensive, I didn't have it

Cons: The shower did not work, and the technical service took forever and was too late for us to wait. The check-out process was a nightmare, getting the invoice took more than 30 minutes. The service was not competent.
9.4 Excellent
Pros: Great reception and help from Andreea in check in. The second floor room overlooking the M4 really was soundproofed and I didn't hear anything.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We checked in about 10 ok and the duty manager immediately upgraded us to “help you get an extra special night sleep”. Breakfast was a great choice of pastries and/or cooked food. Car park is tight to drive in but plenty of parking spaces once in. Room was very modern, clean and well decorated. A fabulous hotel at a good price.
Cons: Nothing.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: As soon as we arrived we got to check in even though we where early and the lady that checked us in was fantastic she even got some little toys for our two children. Our room was made up for all 4 of us and was clean and over all AMAZING.
Cons: My only criticism was the breakfast. We paid extra to have breakfast and we had to ask 4 different people for a high chair that took 15 minutes to eventually get and the ‘hot breakfast’ was freezing cold. However when we mentioned this on check out the gentleman did wave the fee for parking as a gesture of good will. The breakfast thing would stop us returning to this amazing location we would probably just get breakfast on the way home instead.
5.5 Okay
Pros: Bar staff polite and nice pool
Cons: Customer service was diabolical- lost our booking at start and made to wait for almost an hour. Told where to park then given a parking ticket fine as was in the wrong place. Refused to do anything to help.

8.8 Excellent
Pros: The quietness of the site, The location even if quite isolated if you don't have a car, The confort of the rooms, The breakfasts
Cons: We faced lots of problems to get the right invoice. I had to make the calculations by myself because the invoicing system was unable to do it. And the invoice I finally received is difficult to understand: why not the same price for each of the 3 nights, why not a global price for the dinner?
3.8 Mediocre
Pros: The hotel is very tired and in need of some renovation/investment. It seems to shut down about 10.30pm and the staff are reluctant to help after that. Don't expect to be able to sit out in the grounds at night as the doors to the garden are locked very early!

5.0 Okay
Pros: I liked the location, it’s so close to Heathrow airport. I was able to use a free bus service also.
Cons: I checked in very late in the evening, very tired, check-in was quick and easy but once in my room it was not up to scratch. After unpacking I went to take a shower, the first towel I opened had long brown hair in it as did the area around the taps & sink but the most unpleasant view was of the shower tray. Because of (guessing) non-slip surface used, it looked like it was covered in grey/black mould. Showed reception staff picture evidence, they apologised & comped my parking.
