Pros (+) The customer service was excellent. Free breakfast is definitely a plus. Nice room for our one night stay.
Cons (-) Notice some small problems with cleanliness, such as a nasty hair on the free lotion bottle which would make me think its been used and not cleaned exactly like it should be. The mattress on the bed wasn't comfortable.
