Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently highlight the outstanding service, with many mentioning the helpful and friendly staff, especially Abdulaziz, who went above and beyond to assist. The hotel's central location near metro stations, restaurants, and shops is also frequently praised. However, several reviews mention small room sizes and bathrooms, and there are mixed comments about cleanliness, with some guests finding rooms and linens not up to standard. Overall, the positive atmosphere and attentive service are the hotel's strongest points.
