We used this hotel previously and again this time because of the proximity to the Mayo Clinic. That being said, the hotel needs an update. The bathroom tub needed caulking, the hotel overall looks tired. Front desk person was very "cold".

Pros (+) I have never seen a bathroom so white in all my life. I have stayed in a Hampton Inn in Cincinnati and I was heartbroken to leave. I just love the Hampton Inns.

Pros (+) Clean, well managed, courteous and affordable stay. Not on the beach but short trip to them. Everyone from the cleaning staff to the desk folks were friendly and helpful.

Pros (+) I liked the friendliness of the staff and how easy it was to check in and check out with no hassle!
Cons (-) Only down side was that the coffee maker in the room w as missing a piece so i couldnt make coffee in the morning
