Cons: Horrible experience,2 days after checkout they charged my credit card $250 cause they said housekeeper smelled smoke in the room, which is impossible because I don't smoke. I'm still dealing with management to resolve this.

Cons: No breakfast items available within minutes after closing, including coffee. Many details, no remote battery cover, scratchy linens, dirty elevator, broken drawer, no cups in room.
