Cons (-) Drain in tub broken, phone didnt work, elevator filthy, woken up multiple times at 3am by noisy guests kids dogs etc. Actual party taking place in parking lot at 4am and front desk person says sorry there was a concert last night. We left at 4:30am earlt.
