Guests say
Most guests expressed strong dissatisfaction with the hotel's cleanliness, reporting dirty rooms, bathrooms, and linens, as well as unpleasant odors and poor maintenance. However, several reviews highlighted positive experiences with the staff, describing them as friendly and helpful. Some guests also felt the hotel offered reasonable value for the price paid. The location received mixed feedback, with some finding it convenient and others less accessible. Overall, while cleanliness was a major concern, service and value for price were notable positives.
