Overall, guests consistently praised the hotel for its outstanding service and friendly, helpful staff, often mentioning individuals by name for their exceptional hospitality. The hotel's location, close to the beach and local attractions, was also highlighted as a major positive. Cleanliness received good remarks, with many noting well-maintained rooms and facilities.
