Summary of reviews

Guests say

Most guests highlight the resort's outstanding service, especially the friendly and attentive staff, which made their stay memorable. The amenities, including pools, kids' facilities, and sports options, are highly appreciated, making the hotel particularly suitable for families. The location by the sea is another positive, with easy access to Chania and beautiful views. However, opinions on cleanliness and food quality are mixed, with some guests noting issues with hygiene and repetitive or average buffet options, while others found the variety and quality satisfactory. Overall, the hotel is recommended for families seeking a relaxing and well-equipped holiday.
