Cons (-) I tried multiple times to confirm availability of shuttle pickup. phone, email, website. No response. Then to find that shuttle service did not run from the terminal my fight arrived at. Called the hotel and desk clerk told us to expect shuttle, which was not to come. called again and was then told that the shuttle did not run ti this terminal.
