Pros (+) If the owners would spent a little money to modernize the rooms, this would be the place to stay in Key West. It's secluded, on the water and very reasonable. I will stay there again.
Cons (-) The carpet, a/c, tv's paint need upgraded. The tiki bar would be a great party spot.

Pros (+) Location and waterfront view... iguana and other wildlife were around the area so that was nice.
Cons (-) Termites, disgusting bathrooms, wife got bed-bug bites, unpainted drywall patch in room. Wouldn't pass housing code if newly built. Closer to a "no-tell-motel" than a resort.
