Pros: Everything! Perfect location. Gorgeous courtyard. Free Parking!! friendly staff with added touches and amenities that really set Santa Maria above their competition.
Cons: The rooms were kind of snug and the beds weren't the most comfortable we've slept in.
Pros: Awesome rooms/suites! They have everything you need in them and are furnished super nice!
Pros: The room was as good as I have ever stayed in
Cons: Small shallow pool with the tiles around the pool very slippy and uneven in certain places
Pros: Great value for the price, excellent hotel.
close to duval street close to beach but if you want to go any distance take a cab its the cheapest and best way to get around and taking a car is hard no parking any place.
Pros: clean and relaxing
Very clean, nice grounds! Great staff. Good location, felt safe.
Pros: The staff is really accomidating and super friendly
Cons: Not enough power plug supply to plug in your golf cart to charge.
Great hotel. Awesome place to stay. Want to stay there next year.
Pros: two story suite available 1 week in advance for a great price.
Cons: My Bathroom sink was clogged prior to arrival.
take some rum or vodka for the free smoothies poolside which are delicious. Don't walk to the pier, there is parking over there and it's a very long walk. Blue Heaven is worth the wait for breakfast or brunch
Pros: It was so ultra modern and comfortable, I was only sorry about the short stay, would love to spend a week there next time

Pros: A very nice and charming place to stay. A great value and perfect for couples. The staff are wonderful! We will definitely be back.
Cons: If you decide not to pay the $25/day to park in their spaces it can get a bit tricky to find parking.
Pros: The resort is broken up into small pool areas.
Cons: We were given a street facing room which had road construction going on all week, making the balcony unusable and preventing sleep at night. The VACANCY sign was posted at the office. We feel they should have been sensitive to this situation and given us another room.
Pros: It was a beautiful hotel with really stunning landscaping and great pools.
Cons: Pricey, but worth it in my opinion
Pros: everything is perfect! excellent place for stay! love this hotel!

Pros: Quite possibly my best Key West day ever. Simple, yet beautifule, personable yet valued personale space, quiet yet close to the party.
Pros: The room rate and location
Cons: The shower stall was small/narrow.
Pros: Comfortable bed, nice big bathroom with good shower, hot tub and small pool, breakfast (simple, but sufficient) was provided
Not right by duval street, which i liked, but an easy walk to get there - the whole island is very walkable.
Roman and Michael are the best and truly make the stay at heron house worth it!
Cons: A bit noisy in the morning - some coming from storage room by door, some coming from side alley
Pros: Me and my wife had a honeymoon over there. Everything was amazing.
Cons: Customer service
Pros: Felt like home. The guy at the desk, Roman, was great and very friendly. When I go back to Key West, I will stay here again.
Pros: Friendly Atmosphere, felt right at home. (Roman was great)
Nice pool , very quiet area, plenty of space in the rooms to spread out, very clean and well kept, and a great bed to sleep in!
Cons: No water in the Coke machine! But other than that no complaints....I would stay there again!
Located 3.3 mi (5.4 km) from the airport, Heron House Court - Adult Only features a rooftop terrace and puts you just a 5-minute drive from Mallory Square. You can get a morning swim in at the outdoor pool, and the spa tub makes for a relaxing end to the day. There's a garden, and rooms offer refrigerators and designer toiletries.
Cons: The 4:00 am rooster, friendly bird but took his wake up service very seriously. Being located at Mallory , the 5:30 am dumpster collection finished any further attempts to remain in the comfortable bed. Great facility, noisy location.
Pros: Wonderful view from the room of sunset island and sunsets, awesome pool with great drinks and bartenders that'll bring them to you in the pool, great staff, very helpful and knowledgeable, loved every minute of staying here!!!
Pros: My visit was due to a wedding I attended at the resort. Location was beautiful.
Cons: Overall the staff were helpful, kind and considerate. The room housekeeper did not understand English and I was unable to get items requested of her.
Pros: Pool is awesome. Nice rooms. Location is also great.
Cons: A little difficult to navigate hotel.
Located in the heart of Key West the resort is located adjacent to Mallory Square. One of the islands only oceanfront resorts we are within walking distance to Old Town, Duval Street, Key West Aquarium and pick up points for the Conch Train. Fort Zachary Taylor park is also only a short drive from the resort. The resort is a short 15 minute drive from the Key West International Airport (EYW) and 2.5 hours from the Miami International Airport (MIA).
Pros: The Marker is a new build hotel in historic downtown Key West. It has a clean, modern feel with colors of white and blue. Landscaping everywhere makes you feel removed from the downtown craziness. My room was quiet, cool (too cool, I had to adjust the thermostat), and comfortable. I could have moved in I loved it so much, and the staff was very helpful. The salt water pools are great for light swimming, soaking, and day drinking.
Cons: I cannot think of anything!
Pros: The location is very convenient to the waterfront and west end of Duval. Nice pools with a fully stocked bar and restaurant next to the pools.
Cons: Price wise a far bit on the high side, but its KW.
Pros: The hotel was amazing, very clean, quiet, friendly staff, great location, wonderful landscaping, clean salt pools. We really enjoyed our stay. This was the best place we have stayed in key west so far. We will return.
Cons: My only suggestion is to watch for those extra fees (resort fee, parking fee, room amenities...). It was a bit much on top of the already expensive cost per night.
Cons: Too expensivee
Pros: Loved the location. Near the marina. Near Duval Street.
Cons: Resturant hours during the summer were limited. Nobody cares. Restaurants are everywhere.
Pros: The staff was very welcoming and helpful. Extremely relaxing and beautiful place. It was brand new, clean, and luxurious!
Cons: Very new hotel. As such they have not worked the kinks out of the system yet. When the toilet was broken and we had to switch rooms it took hours of them running around and me talking to people to do so. Then when I talked to management the next day they would only give my a pittance of a discount on the next nights stay. We missed our dinner... I was upset. It should be a comped night no questions asked for what we went through.
Located 3.7 mi (6 km) from the airport, The Marker Waterfront Resort Key West offers a great location, putting you within just a 10-minute walk of Audubon House and Tropical Gardens and Mallory Square. After taking a dip in one of the 3 outdoor pools, you can grab a bite to eat at the restaurant or unwind with a drink at the bar/lounge. A poolside bar and a fitness center are other highlights, and rooms at this upscale hotel offer up nice touches like deep soaking tubs and premium bedding.
Cons: Receptionist was not pleasant, tried to ask for a different softer pillow, was told there are only the pillows in the room and there were no different than those. Not helpful at all. Breakfast was not much to much to speak of, some pastries, and over cooked hard boiled eggs. Definitely not worth the money . It was close to Duvall Street but other than that there is nothing that would compell me to stay there again!
Silver Palms Inn is a half-mile from the Ernest Hemingway House and Museum and Key West Lighthouse, and 3 blocks from Duval Street. Mallory Square is a 3-minute walk, and guests can stroll to the warm turquoise waters lapping Key West's South Beach in 15 minutes.

Pros: Very close to attractions , clean , friendly staff
Cons: Parking was limited
Pros: Very clean.
Pros: An amazing hotel, especially the staff does a great job! Worth the price! Ask for the receptionist, he did an outstanding great job...Without him our stay wouldn't have been so great in Key West! Thank you!
Pros: The staff were all pleasant and informative. Amenities just as they said. I love bananas you can add them to the free breakfast. All in all it was a very pleasant stay. I have already recomended The Cabana Inn to my son.
Pros: Location was excellent! Continental breakfast and happy hour of wine and cheese was very well done.
Cons: Three flights of stairs to carry bags up and down without assistance offered. Had to pay for bike rentals from the hotel. Many places have them as a complimentary service. The tv was small and didn't rotate properly to be seen adequately from the bed.
Cons: Location...when I left, there was no one available for check out
The public areas were Large and decorated very nicely. Food selection on the menu was superb.
Pros: The staff were super polite!
Cons: The room was not the cleanest! Hair all over bathroom. Seemed over priced as well.
Will return next time in key west. Would have stayed longer if we knew we would like it so much.
Pros: Great pool, no children,quiet.
Cons: We can even manage the roosters for no kids and a real pool. :)
WE VISITED THE HOTEL WHEN IT WAS BIG RUBY'S SO WE KNEW THE BUILDING. MORE COUPLE FRIENDLY NOW. ONE BIG DIFFERENCE IS THAT BREAKFAST IS CONTINENTAL DIY WHILE BIG RUBY'S HAD TABLE SERVICE.
Pros: SHORT WALK TO DUVAL AND SIGHTS OF OLD TOWN. STAFF EXTREMELY COURTEOUS AND FRIENDLY. NICE HAPPY HOUR AND CONTINENTAL BREAKFAST. ROOM WAS QUIET.
Located in Key West Historic District, this guesthouse is within a 10-minute walk of Jackson Square, Ernest Hemingway Home and Museum, and Audubon House and Tropical Gardens. Mallory Square and Southernmost Point are also within 1 mi (2 km).
Pros: Location is great. Close to everything but the way property is set up quiet at nite and exclusive during day. Also gives you access to Southern Most area via their B and B. Staff at beach were wonderful and very courteous and hardworking.
Cons: Kyack asked would I prefer a room with better view or more space and extra towels I received none of the above. Room service cleaning was very late in day. There were days I did not think they would show at all.
Pros: We had a problem with are air conditioner. They dispatched an in house maintenance person. He explained that the unit was frozen an they would get a HVAC specialist asap. The unit was up an running the next morning. This all happened Sunday eve around 7pm. We were compensated for our troubles.

Pros: Location: amazing!! Right across from Hemingway's house, less than a block to the lighthouse, walking distance to Southernmost and Mallory Square via an easy stroll up Duval Street. Picture-perfect intimate courtyard, nice pool, good breakfast included, and privacy-based rooms.
Pros: The location is great, one block off of Duval street right next to the Hemingway home in historic Key West. The room was beautiful and the staff was great. I would recommend the light house court to anyone.
Cons: Not being able to stay longer
Located 3.7 mi (5.9 km) from the airport, Lighthouse Court Hotel - Key West offers a great location, putting you within a 15-minute walk of Ernest Hemingway Home and Museum and Audubon House and Tropical Gardens. The coffee shop/café is the perfect spot for a bite to eat, and after having fun at the outdoor pool, you can unwind with a drink at the bar/lounge. A poolside bar and a snack bar/deli are other highlights, and rooms offer flat-screen TVs and free WiFi.
Pros: Key Lime Inn has many desirable features. The staff went out of their way to make my stay there a pleasurable one. I especially appreciated their "personalization" of my stay by fulfilling special requests and providing suggestions about my plans for sight seeing.
The location of KLI is great! It is easily reached by a taxi from the airport. It is located only a short walk from Duval St., and near the boarding//ticket area for tour buses, but well-removed from the "hustle and bustle"of that area. Importantly, it is very close to a pharmacy.
My room was kept super clean and the breakfast provided was great.
My stay was for 6 days, and I will plan to stay for an even longer time on another occasion.
Cons: Absolutely no complaints. I did not have the opportunity to compare Key Lime Inn with other hotels in Key West, but I can't believe that the service (for the price I paid) is better anywhere else.
Pros: Key Lime Inn was a perfect place for us. Just slightly off Duval and just a short walk from wherever you wanted to go in that area. Staff was fantastic and we enjoyed our stay very much. Will recommend to our friends who will be visiting the area soon.
Just 3.3 mi (5.4 km) from the airport, Key Lime Inn - Key West puts you just a 5-minute drive from Ernest Hemingway Home and Museum and Southernmost Point. Guests can take a dip in the outdoor pool, and free perks include continental breakfast daily and WiFi. Also, Audubon House and Tropical Gardens and Mallory Square are within a short drive.
Cons: Breakfast was more like Holiday Inn Express than a B&B.
Pros: Very nice facility, but the room was quite small and nothing extraordinary. I realize that my stay over New Year''s was at the high season, but $450/night was way over priced.
Located 3.7 mi (5.9 km) from the airport, Merlin Guest House - Key West offers a great location, putting you within a 15-minute walk of Ernest Hemingway Home and Museum and Audubon House and Tropical Gardens. Guests can take a dip in the outdoor pool, and free perks include WiFi and continental breakfast daily between 8 AM and 10 AM. Other features include a terrace and a garden.
Pros: Loved everything about this place. I will definitely be coming back. The staff is great from the moment you check in. Highly recommend to anyone.
Pros: We spend 2 nights there and wish we could stay longer.
Pros: Everything was great except the sleeping arrangements, had 4 single beds.....if your a couple then it's not the place if you plan on sleeping together.
Cons: Sleeping arrangements
Located 3.5 mi (5.7 km) from the airport, NYAH Key West - Adult Exclusive features a rooftop terrace and puts you just a 5-minute drive from Audubon House and Tropical Gardens. Guests looking to stay active can check out the nearby kayaking, parasailing, and scuba diving, and free perks include WiFi and continental breakfast daily between 8 AM and 10:30 AM. Also, Ernest Hemingway Home and Museum and Mallory Square are within a 15-minute walk.
Pros: Bed was very comfortable; I enjoyed lemongrass products
Pros: Beautiful, great staff.
Cons: I stayed last year with a friend and we had a great time. This year I had found out it had bought buy a corporation. What this proved to show to me is, no more smoking anywhere on the premises, jacked up prices, and no floaty's. In the pool. No robes or conditioner in the bathroom. Although small things, it really changed the experience when I had previously been so impressed. Will be looking for a new getaway next visit to key west.
Pros: Partial ocean-view room had a great balcony with a beautiful view. Room was clean and very comfortable. We enjoyed the hammocks at the Sand Bar and watching the sunset from the pier. Great location on the water, but close enough to Duval Street to enjoy all the restaurants and clubs with ease. The hotel restaurant was also exceptional. Would definitely recommend!
Pros: Nice and clean facilities, friendly staff, and location was outstanding. Love the hammocks for taking a nap in the afternoon.
Cons: For the price you pay, the rooms are a little on the small side. After an evening on Duval Street, went back for a nightcap with my son. The rum runner I ordered tasted a little funny, but my son and I agreed it was ok. After drinking it, was advised by bartender he made it with all 151 rum because he was out of Bacardi at the time, "hope that was ok." Not what I needed for a nightcap. Another bartender on site, Arjay, was outstanding and personable.
Pros: The staff is very friendly and accommodating. Rena and Luis were great staff that made our stay extra pleasant. My husband and I are expecting our first child and they surprised us with sparking cider cookies and a baby picture frame. Rena especially went out of her way to make our stay and enjoyable one. We decide to stay four nights instead if two and they discounted our rate. I didn't want to leave.
Pros: Absolutely loved this hotel . would most definitely go back .
Pros: Staff was exceptionally friendly and responsive; location was a quick walk to anywhere; rooms were quiet and comfortable. There's a nice Cuban food stand across the street for a quick breakfast. The poolside staff made sure we had what we needed at all times and the lunches they deliver to poolside from the cafe' were great. Couples' massage was very relaxing. Can't wait to return!
Pros: Rooms and food were amazing. Beautifully kept facility. Great views and nice beaches.
Pros: Ocean view with balcony sitting area. Pool with bar and food available. Quiet but an easy walk to all the fun of Duval street.
Pros: The location is good. Close to the downtown.
Cons: Our room. It was next to the service area. They parked their cleaning dolly's in front of our window and had loud conversations from early morning. We couldn't look out the window as the maids were right in front. So much for ocean view.
The door stuck to the point my wife couldn't open it.
The AC unit was very noisy. Like on old ice machine. We experienced this when we returned from dinner and a night out so it was late evening, we didn't mention until check out.
We we mentioned the morning of check out they were indifferent. Said we should have called maintenance in the middle of the night,

Guests can take a dip in the outdoor pool, and free perks include continental breakfast and WiFi. Other features include a terrace and a garden.
Pros: Very nice grounds right on the water. Pool, Jacuzzi and beach area were great. Shuttle provided to Duval which is a great value. Taxis would have been $40+. Nice restaurant and great staff
Cons: 4 pm check in, tile in bathroom was very slippery resulting in a fall, no counter space in the bathroom.
Pros: Less than 3 min from key west airport! The hotel provides free shuttle to and from airport. We arrived airport and I called them and they were there in less than 10 minutes! The shuttle to take us back ran every half hour w/o a reservation. The pool is saltwater, clean, and nicely laid out to have a great cross breeze to beach if you don't want to get in the water your comfortable in lounge chair.
Cons: We stayed in a standard king room, which was fine size for us (without cooking amenities). What wasn't great was that it was on 1st floor which is adjacent to N. Roosevelt Blvd, so the traffic can be loud and wake you up.
Pros: Fine location; dependabe aieport and downtown shuttle; excellent room amenities such as mattress, linens, towels,
Cons: Parking was in a ground level garage; our room was on the 4th floor.
Pros: The room was very nice and luxurious. The hotel overall was clean and the staff was very friendly. Parking was convenient.
Cons: Everything was and extra charge ie parking and breakfast. The "beach front" wasn't an ocean access which was very misleading. It was located far from most of the activities in Key West.
Pros: The staff were very accommodating and helpful
Cons: Due to an event in Key West we payed 400$/night which was very expensive! The hotel would have been a great value for 150-200$/night
Pros: comfy bed
Cons: no windows
far from town
far better options
Pros: Convenient parking. Easy check in.
Dinner in the restaurant was very good.
I did not venture about as was a quick one night business visit, but the grounds are pleasant, secure.
Very comfortable bed.
Cons: A bit expensive for a single with parking lot view and strange, shared entry foyer. I guess it is meant as a sort of adjoining room for a larger group. Every time the neighbor came and went it was two slammed doors. The doors are real loud when they close. I felt self conscious and tried to close them more quietly when I cam and went.
Cons: $20 parking per night
Pros: Liked the room
Cons: Did not like the staff. Not friendly at all. Very rude.
Pros: The hotel was awesome i felt like if i was at home. I didnt like it i love it. I literally loved everything about the hotel. I would recommend it to everyone. I would stay here everytime i come to key west.
Pros: Shuttle service was very convenient and helpful. Ron was an excellent driver who cares about his passengers.
Check in and check out was easy as pie.
Our room was spotless, as if Danny Tanner lived there himself.
Cons: Parking fees are a bummer. I was sad when I heard the news.
Our view from our room was a construction site...so we had to use our imaginations to see what was not there.
A security guard made us uncomfortable by staring at my wife's beautiful legs.
There needs to be more lizards and iguanas on the property.

Caribbean style resort with open air piazza situated on the Gulf of Mexico in the heart of old town Key West. Offering 118 guest rooms with tiled entry foyers, private balconies, ceiling fans, some rooms offer a partial water view. The dress code throughout the island is casual resort wear.
Cons: They lock you in the resort at night. I'm not kidding they lock you in. They give you a key to get out of the resort. It's a huge inconvenience when leaving and you have to dig through your stuff to get your keys to get out. I think this a a fire hazard but who knows. The ice machine sucks, it literally can not handle enough for 3 people to fill their glasses. We had 3 Caribbean sized cockroaches in our bathroom haha wife had panic attack. No one really cared at the resort. I understand it's humid and bugs love it at this resort.
Pros: Perfect place for us to stay. It was close to Duval sr so could walk every where Staff was very accommodating & nice breakfast included! Def will go back!
Pros: Heron House was a lovely vacation spot. The staff were friendly and polite. The bed was like sleeping on a cloud. It was spacious and so relaxing. It was nice to sit out by the pool and enjoy breakfast. They create an environment of guests to mingle, if they so choose. I was grateful we choose this beautiful spot to spend our vacation after my 165 mile bike ride.
Cons: The could improve the shower curtain placement.
Pros: We have stayed here in the past and decided to return for our anniversary. The gentleman at the front desk was amazing. Very kind and helpful. The room was wonderful and the beds very comfortable. The whole property is beautiful and very relaxing. Although you are just a block from busy Duval street, you feel like you are in your own secluded retreat.

Pros: Staff was wonderful, location was perfect, room was comfortable and clean, guests were quiet, beautiful setting, way better than staying at a normal hotel
Cons: The bathroom got a little warm with no vent or fan.
Pros: We have stayed here many times, and it is always amazing. Heron House is beautifully maintained, the rooms are spacious, and the staff are wonderful. We can't wait to come back again.
Cons: Having to leave!
Heron House is surrounded by the 187 historic buildings of old Key West, and a 10-minute walk from the Ernest Hemingway Home and Museum and the waterfront at Mallory Square. There, guests can enjoy the nightly Sunset Celebration, attended by food vendors, musicians, and street performers.
Cons: Expensive for what you get (location). Needed a new mattress.
Located 3.8 mi (6.1 km) from the airport, Duval House offers a great location, putting you within just a 10-minute walk of Ernest Hemingway Home and Museum and Mallory Square. Guests can enjoy the outdoor pool, and kayaking and snorkeling are nearby. All rooms feature flat-screen TVs and free WiFi.
