Pros:We like using Hampton Inn whenever we travel and the Hampton Inn Kinston lived up to the Hampton Inn reputation. Rooms were clean, employees were friendly and helpful and the complimentary breakfast was real nice.
Cons:Their coffee was weak.
Pros:The building was beautiful...the staff was AESWOME!
Cons:The beds were horrible. Didn't sleep at all. The bed looked inviting but was not.
Cons:I didn't like the general manager whom would not reimburse my reservation. I stayed one night and had originally planned to stay 6 nights for a education class that the local community college cancelled at last minute. So I informed the hotel desk of this and have since noticed that they charged me for ALL 6 nights! This hotel won't be getting my business not my friends nor people on Facebook with whom will see this and call other Friendly hotels who WANT YOUR BUSINESS and not SCAM YOU for a problem that wasn't MINE! I'm still trying to get my money back but Hotels.com is a RIP OFF SITE. On another note, avoid internet booking for hotels if you want to avoid the pitfalls and headaches I have to go through. I was doing this class for a business reason, not pleasure.
