Pros (+) The staff helped us to get a few items for breakfast since we had to leave before the hotel's continental breakfast was ready.
Cons (-) We had a long day on the road and was looking forward to relaxing at the hotel by watching tv at the hotel and using the wi-fi. Unfortunately, shortly after we arrived, the cable TV and wi-fi went out. We were told that a truck ran over the cable box and they were working on it. It wasn't fixed before we left. Disappointing.
