Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's excellent location, which is close to markets, attractions, and shops, as well as the friendly and helpful staff. Cleanliness receives mixed feedback, with some guests finding rooms very clean and others noting issues. Noise from nearby bars and clubs is a common complaint, especially at night, and several guests mention that the beds are quite hard or uncomfortable. Overall, the hotel is appreciated for its convenience and service, but improvements in soundproofing and bedding comfort would enhance guest satisfaction.
