Pros (+) My wife and I upgraded to an oceanfront suite and so glad we did after seeing our friends rooms that were ocean balcony. Although the price was quite a bit more for the week it was well worth it. The staff was great most of the time, but hey everyone has a bad day now and again. The beach with the unbelievable perfect water, the amazing snorkeling was what I came there for and it absolutely did no...
Cons (-) Our friends were disappointed that there was not a place to put clothes for the 9 days we were there. They had to live out of their suitcase. My only complaint would be that there seemed to be a lack of hot water.
