Pros (+) Great, helpful, friendly staff, clean rooms, first hotel I've ever seen in Europe that had eu American adapters in the room

Pros (+) We didn't arrive until 2am due to flight delays, so we were thrilled to find clear instructions for entry upon late arrival. The room was larger than expected, with mini fridge and clean bathroom. Great value, short drive to Ramstein AFB.

Pros (+) Overall, I had a pleasant stay. I just wish that late check out would've been an option.
Cons (-) The shower had a plumbing issue. It would not drain properly which caused us to shower in standing water. Kind of grossed me out.
