10.0 Excellent
Pros: Clean and comfortable with elegant furnishing, lovely patios, lots of space, very kind and helpful staff. Bar at pool was nice with great smoothies and plenty pool chairs.
Cons: I didn't cook in the kitchen but if I had, it was not sufficient;y equipped. Nice glasses, pots and pans but no utensils, salad tongs, or serving utensils, salt, pepper
9.6 Excellent
Pros: The location and the quality
Cons: There isn’t anywhere to walk
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Las Terrazas are part of the 5 star Ritz Carlton Abama complex - need I say more!
Cons: A trifling thing but the UK television reception was a little unreliable
10.0 Excellent
Pros: A spacious and clean apartment, comfort bed, beautiful terrace with nice views. The infinity views from both swimming pools are amazing. Staff was very friendly and most helpful. It’s a bit of a walk to the beach and sunbeds are at extra charge but free transfer car is always available, and the walk to the sea is enjoyable (back to the hotel up the hill one might want a transfer).
Cons: Nothing to mention really
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Las Terrazas De Abama is the most amazing place I have been so far, incredible staff, OUTSTANDING views and overall an amazing place. Thank you for this wonderful experience
9.0 Excellent
Pros: VG rooms and location. Breakfast is reasonable.
Cons: Buggies for internal transport to the beach and hotel Carlton

10.0 Excellent
Pros: The room and the terrace were perfect. Excelent view! Staff was very friendly and with good sense of humour :) We really recommend SKA Diamond and will definitely come back.
Cons: We had an issue with cockroaches in our bathroom a couple days. It was uncomfortable but the staff was very helpful and tried to solve this issue. They also double checked with us if everything’s okay. Really willing to help.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Lovely place with friedly and happy staff. Food was very good too. The view was amazing after we got another room.
10.0 Excellent

Cons: Nothing
9.0 Excellent
Pros: The view from the apartment was super nice and much better than we expected. The staff was very helpfu. The swimming pool is very clean and the bar is a plus. We would absolutely recommend staying here.
Cons: There were two single beds instead of a king bed which was a little unexpected as I was visiting with my partner. Some tea coffee arrangements in the room would have been nice.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We would certainly think of going back
7.5 Good
Pros: Location, staff, pool
Cons: Very bad smell of sewer in the toilet and in the hotel
9.1 Excellent
Pros: Great views of Los Gigantes cliffs and the seafront. Stunning sundowner views. Great hotel for families with young children. The apartment is spacious, nicely furnished, clean and practical. Super handy to have a fully equipped kitchen with an oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, etc. Complimentary drinks, two bottles of water and use of beach towels. Friendly and helpful reception staff. The pool is area was clean/organised. There's a small playroom for the kids.
Cons: We had a few rowdy families using the pool until quite late at night (10:30-11pm), however once they left things went back to normal.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: It was very clean and modern, good sized apartment. Very helpful and refreshing approach ie take the towels you need for the beach with no deposit, no reserving sun loungers. Great balcony space with outdoor plug sockets
Cons: The palm trees obscure the wonderful view from the rooms on the 1st floor. The bed could have been softer - although I guess that’s personal choice.

7.9 Good
Pros: The staff were very pleasant & courteous
Cons: The food was very poor quality compared with the last time we stayed here. The location of the restaurant for breakfast has been moved from the tranquil position by the red level pool to a lower ground level & the atmosphere & furniture made it feel more like a canteen, not the relaxing feeling of previous visits. On the first morning we were told the red level restaurant was closed & told to eat in the cheaper part of the hotel. The buffet restaurant there was awful . The hot food that was left was swimming in oil & cold . I asked for a fried egg ,there were two left on the plancha, the cook took a spatula from a pan containing a pile of dirty utensils & served the egg with it. We arrived in the buffet restaurant at 10:15 am after being told food was served until 11am but the staff were already clearing food away and cleaning around the tables. We couldn’t eat the food it was awful. 5 star prices for 2star quality.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The accomodation was very lush. We thoroughly enjoyed everything that red level had to offer, including the butler preparing a jacuzzi, Clarins products, water ritual and the wonderful happy hour at 6PM.
Cons: The food wasn't as nice as I would have expected. We even had a bit of plastic in one of our desserts. Eventhough we were full board, many of the meals required us to pay a supplement on top.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Nice facility, especially pool. The breakfast was nice and evening happy hour was as expected.
Cons: SPA was not available. The shower booth was not convenient. (water pressure too weak, water leaking to the outside of the booth.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything else
Cons: Maybe better lights in the rooms

6.3 Good
Pros: The rooms were spacious and nice.
Cons: The hotel is too far from the village, so we didn't go out much. We ended us staying on premises all the time and didn't get to experience the island as well as we hoped to. The beach is tiny with very little service. The restaurants are meh and severely overpriced. This is a 2000-room property and you feel it every moment you are there. It feels like a train station: people are everywhere, coming, going, walking around. No personalised service whatsoever. In fact, you get very little service. There are ants in the rooms and bathrooms, and the hotel staff shrug their shoulders and tell you there is nothing they can do about it.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Comfortable and luxurious. Staff were fantastic
Cons: Not able to walk anywhere
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Unique hotel with wonderful facilities and surroundings
Cons: Service was not as good as you would expect from a hotel like Abama - was much better when we were there before. It was in some cases slow and lacking.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Very clean and well laid out
Cons: Very hilly

6.8 Good
Pros: Liked the rooms, the pools, the public areas, the location for Alcala.
Cons: The breakfast food was very average. So we ate in town for all other meals (good selection of places nearby). Sunbeds were poor with no matresses. I had a good stay but came away thinking it was a 3 star package holiday hotel passing itself off as 5 star because of the 'red level' bit attached to it.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The welcoming when I arrived was nice and all the staff were lovely and attentive. The resort is beautiful &kept clean at all times. I was also left a note in my room and bottle of wine for my birthday. The night of my birthday bar staff sung happy birthday to me as well brought out a cake.

Pros: Great location and fantastic views
Cons: Parking spaces are small
9.6 Excellent
Pros: 1 hour after the check out is very expensive - 10e. Warining for pepole, who is late!
Cons: The view is beautiful! Apartments is large, beds is comfortable, staff is nice.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Great view, helpful staff, good facilities
7.1 Good
Pros: The location was amazing, as it had the best view over the sea.
Cons: On arrival, at 1130pm, we found that the lights in the room did not work. As the kids were tired we decided to use our phone lights, and let the engineer sort the issue in the morning.
6.3 Good
Pros: Nice touches with wine and card for my sons birthday, cleaning staff were lovely and very helpfull.rooms were very nice simple and lean
Cons: Food although varied was often lacking in taste.i was charged 5€ to play a game of pool ! . Children's entertainment was poor to non existent! Return transfer did not turn up and another was ordered leaving us in a rush at the airport.. Should of been so much better.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Our apartment was huge, tastefully furnished, and everything looked new. We had a private Jacuzzi on our terrace, overlooking Los Gigantes, that we really enjoyed, especially at sunset. The staff is very friendly, and the breakfast has plenty of choices.

9.6 Excellent
Pros: Lovely tranquil hotel spacious room, bathroom and private terrace with lovely views to the sea Staff are so lovely and helpful Lovely pool area really peaceful
9.6 Excellent
Pros: The quirkiness of the location The view from the room patio The fresh breakfast esp the juice each day The size of the room Fresh bananas to pick at your leisure
2.0 Mediocre
Pros: The fresh fruit was nice and the juice was freshly squeezed but the hot breakfast was very poor.
Cons: The shower worked badly bu the biggest problem was there was no air conditioning in the room so we had to leave the door to the fields open all night. I have a slight allergy to dust but I seem to have a strong allergy to whatever was in the banana field because I was sneezing all night until I took a double dose of allergy tablets and then I stopped sneezing.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Quiet rural location, friendly staff, rooms really well cleaned every day, quiet pool area
6.0 Good
Pros: The apartment was very good, beds comfortable, good bathroom, good terrace, but sunshades needed on the Terrace
Cons: The breakfast was a shambles. Served 8 to 10 am. Arrived at 9,30. there were a few leftovers on the cold buffet. The hot buffet, there was only one egg, scraps of bacon, few oddments of mushrooms, The other guests approx. 12, must have filled their plates, or the hotel did not provide much. The kitchen staff did provided two fried eggs on two small plates and nothing else. The Milk jug for the coffee was empty and had to go to the kitchen to get it filled up. All in All Very poor considering the cost of our stay, very poor value for money. Also woken at night by Heavy slamming of doors approx. 10 times at 12.20 and twice further at approx. 1 am from apartment 9, we were in apartment 8. With the very poor breakfast encountered we ate in Alcala at night. We booked for two nights but only stopped for 1 night. A nice hotel but spoilt by our experience of Breakfast and loud noise at night. Would not book again.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Fantastic location within banana plantation and gardens, with many interesting subtropical fruit trees.
Cons: The hot food options at breakfast need to be kept covered so they don't go unpleasantly dry.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. El Navio is a very tranquil, unique place. The rooms have a wonderful view over the plantation, extending to the sea. We enjoyed breakfast and dinner (18 euros for a 3 course meal including wine) and we would recommend the walk through the plantation to the beach. The staff are friendly and the fresh bananas amazing.
Cons: This is a great place and I could only find a few details which could make the rooms a bit more comfortable. Perhaps a stronger extractor fan in the bathroom would have been helpful.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Quietness is total. Perfect place for staying in a relaxed environment. Room was quite nice, and the terrace was big and nice. The swimming pool was quite nice, but nearby natural pools were also very nice to visit. Breakfast was excellent, not a lot of things to choose, but very good quality. Free platains at entrance :).
Cons: Its impotant to be able to use a car. Nearby places can be accesed by foot, but when it gets dark its not that easy. That is not a problem in Tenerife, as rentals are cheap, so this is not a real issue. Dinner was a little early for Spanish standards, but probably ok for the rest of Europe.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Very clean and lovely surroundings
Cons: Wish there had been tea/coffee making facilities in the room
7.0 Good
Pros: friendly staff, food selection is plentiful, cleanliness of the hotel
Cons: it was missing local folklore performance
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Nice and big pool areas. Clean rooms with ocean view.Excellent location with short distance to the beach, peacefull village but close to Los Gigantes,Great hotel, fantastic, friendly and helpful staff.
Cons: food was repeated ,there should be more variety...it wasn't bad at all :).
9.0 Excellent
Pros: The hotel is beautiful, extremely well maintained and outstandingly clean. The staff is friendly and very committed. The large atrium is impressive, the sea views especially on La Gometa is fantastic. We had a very enjoyable stay. The hotel is next to a beautiful black sand beach and there are few hotels and shops around.
Cons: The food lacks variety and quality (ex: no nice Spanish cured ham). We only stayed 4 nights and we got bored of the buffet after 2.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Stayed many times like hotel
Cons: Food not as good as previous and other hotel stayed in lanzarote earlier this year choice far superior
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Food was quite good, but not exceptional. Good heated pool.
Cons: Wifi worked only sometimes, and disconnected frequently. It was impossible to get bottled water in the bar (we had all iclusive). Quite big hotel. Puerto Santiago is nice, but there are nicer places in Tenerife.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: The installations of and around the pool are very clean. Very special the staff all around the hotel. very helpful and kind!!! There was only one woman behind the reception who was a little bit annoying, was a littlebit like a kind of angry. The Views from the room to the sea over the pool and chill-installlations are really really amazing
Cons: The Beds could be a littlebit softer. We were "upgraded" to a juniorsuite and we thought that it would be a really cool and modern room but it was only a room with an extra little room, like a space for business stuff (538). This suite was a little bit like old and not what you would expect from a "Junior suite upgrade" We were a littlebit disappointed by the all inclusive cocktails and offered alk and drinks. Was like "hey it´s all inclusive you can have all you ever want but i hope you have always paracetamol an ibuprofen with you because if you dont want to have headpain, you have to pay 25€/night/person on top to get a selection of known brands alk. its called the adults club and let you pass to exclusive areas in the installation like the infinity pool a jacuzzi and 2 more Bars where other guests have no access. Was a littlebit disappointing because in the description of booking the infinity pool was shown as included but it wasn´t. If you book the adults club before you arrive you have more extras as if you book it during your stay. The Reception also didn´t explain very well what was included in the AdultsClub. So if you are gonna stay and want to enjoy at max. book the adultsClub It´s worth it!!!!!

6.3 Good
Pros: The warm pool
Cons: We have stayed here 4 times and enjoyed it every time apart from this stay. We feel the place has gone down hill, which is very disappointing so we wont be back. The pool looked run down around the edging of the pool although its lovely and heated so the children love it. The pool bar drinks were good and food is good throughout the day however we was disappointed that there was NO evening entertainment at all. The bar closed at 7pm and this is what people want in their holiday. The last 3 times that we came, the pool bar was run by Adrian who made the holiday memorable. Thats the only reason we came back as karaoke every night and watching him sing with his amazing voice. It's gone down hill since he has left. Rooms were cleaned very frequently so we was very pleased. Rooms need updating desperately. Beds uncomfortable and the fridge freezer door didnt close. Just wont be back.
7.0 Good
Pros: good location near shops bars and restaurants
Cons: pool too close to road fumes ,small pool area for the amount of apartments, rooms need updating
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Very nice hotel where to spend vacation in sunny Tenerife! Located in south (which is very important on this island in case you want sun and warmth), nice pool, spacious apartment and Lidl supermarket just outside the gate. Free parking around, all amenities in the kitchen and overall nice atmosphere. Thanks!
Cons: Suggestiond where to go, what to see, what kind of hiking/walking options are around would be appreciated. Just from the town starts very nice hiking trail up to Sandiego del Teide town, but we found that only by accident. :)
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Views from balcony were fantastic
Cons: Every thing good room very spacious.
2.0 Mediocre
Pros: location, terrace
Cons: not clean, not clean, not clean .... old bathrooms, the smell&humidity old beds, used furniture washmachine - rusty, microwave - rusty, the photos of the pool - not real - the pool is small
6.7 Good
Pros: The location is great, you have everything nearby and you can walk everywhere. The pool is also great! Very good internet!
Cons: There were some little insects living in the kitchen and living room. The cleanliness was not great at all. Furniture and equipment were very old and old fashioned. No dishwasher.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything about our stay was fabulous. Location, apartment, pool area - all great.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Loved everything is was my sister's 40th birthday and the staff assisted me with all my planning including decorating the room and printing pictures All of the staff were so helpful and kind and could not do enough for you which only added to a truly remarkable experience will definetley be back
Cons: There was not a single thing that I could find fault with there is not a single think that you could say you did not like as we loved every single minute
4.0 Okay
Cons: 1. Upon check-in, we were shocked to see there are noisy renovations going on. the lady at the reception has promised that today it will be over. https://photos.app.goo.gl/oPChWk3BGLLR9pTj6 2. another issue we encountered upon arrival was that the bathroom was not completely clean. it seemed like it was just washed with water. it could be further cleaned. we informed the reception but they didn't send anyone for cleaning. 3. our booking included the dinner. the food was mostly ok. however you have to pay for any drink. I mean a bottle of water is more than 3€. this, in my opinion, is not a very honest business model. at least they could include water, cola, and orange juice... that's how it works everywhere else I have been. soft drinks are included and you will pay for alcoholics. 4. some staff, specifically at the restaurant, can't speak English. Even the reception sometimes is not able to speak English properly. 5. there is a safe in the wardrobe, but you have to pay 3€ per day. I don't find this a decent business model. 6. they have this stupid dress-code for men at the restaurant for dinner that men have to wear long trousers, otherwise, they are not allowed to dine. they literally forced me and many others to go back upstairs and change. I saw a poor guy who was saying I have no longer trousers and they wouldn't let him have dinner with his partner! 7. internet connection in our room was horrible. I had to use 3G and pay the roaming costs in order to a simple Google search! 8. they do not change the sheets on a daily basis. we put the cleanup sign behind our door multiple times. but coming back to see that have just reorganized the beds using the old sheets. we specifically marked one of the bedsheets to be sure we are not imagining this!
8.0 Excellent
Pros: The breakfast choice was excellent every day right up to the time of serving. The bed was very comfortable and room good size. The bar staff were attentive and very efficient. The food was excellent.
Cons: It would have been good to have had a heated pool - the water was freezing during November! It was unclear that there were bar snacks included in the all inclusive price - which when we did try just once were lovely and we would have loved to have tried some of the other snacks too!!
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Location, staff and overall facilities were truly excellent.
Cons: The food was 6 out of 10
2.0 Mediocre
Pros: Best beds ever slept in
Cons: In a room that never had the sunshine at any time of day asked to be moved refused Glass panel loose danger of falling from 3rd floor no action taken Restraunt was terrible overcrowded not enough staff long ques for tea and coffee major maintenance work in reception and outside running area even though when booked was told itv was complete Terrible hotel will advise others not to use it

Pros: Greeted at reception as a valued customer and made really welcomed. The layout of the hotel was exceptional with many access routes. Plenty of space to enjoy the late November sunshine with an aspect that allowed this all day.
Cons: There was nothing to dislike as everything was excellent with amble food of all descriptions and drink in a large light spacious dinning room.
5.0 Okay
Pros: Clean and comfortable Good food
Cons: Very long wait to check in (30 minutes) and out (10 mins) Long queue for dinner and to sign drinks check to get out Refused parking because not booked but told at time Of booking that one can’t book in the car park so had to roam crowded streets looking for a space every time we came back. Not good with a heart condition!!
6.0 Good
Pros: The view around the hotel is amazing.
Cons: We booked a deluxe room with sea view and hot tub, which costs us extra money to upgrade. But the room was quite below my expectation. We was arranged with a room on the first floor, facing towards a garden having a green gate in front, hardly see the sea. The room had problems with the drain at the beginning, so we had to stand in the water to take a shower. Moreover, in some hours of the evening, we could not get cold water from the tap, all the water is super hot, even when flushing the toilet. We reported all these issues to the staffs in the hotel and asked for changing a room, but we couldn't, even if we lowered our room standards. We didn't get the new room until spending four nights with that problematic room. After changing room to upper floor, all the issues have gone. The new room is just perfect. It varies too much for the two rooms, even though both of them are called "Deluxe Double Room with Sea View and Hot Tub", which I do not understand. The food in the hotel is fine, a little boring if you stay for one week. Sometimes the food is not very fresh, but sometimes they are pretty good.

Pros: Very nice and comfortable place! Located in beautiful Guia de Isora, it's got everything I needed: a clean room with a comfy bed, other furniture was good as well, great powerful shower (a very important feature for me personally), delicious meals, a bar, terrace, and patio, where birds were singing every morning. Service level definitely exceeded my expectations! The owners were very responsive and helpful with any inquiries, they also advised me on local hiking trails and many other interesting places of the island, the information was very helpful. I spent two amazing weeks at the hotel, will definitely stay here again.

9.6 Excellent
Pros: The rooms were a really good size and very clean, we as a family if 5 had a Brill stay there and would def go bk again, great value of money.
Cons: The only thing that put me of a bit was that the life guard on the roof top pool was mardy, I understand he has a job to do but when u sit around a swimming pool u expect kids to play and get splashed and he was telling them that they couldn't splash or even jump in the pool which I thought was rubbish but apart from this I would def go bk and stay here again the rest of the staff were lovely and very friendly. Could have done with air con in the rooms.
6.0 Good
Pros: The staff were excellent, very helpful, efficient and friendly. Patricia and Enza in the restaurant were very hard working and great with the children. The younger lifeguard was also very good. Lovely area, chilled and relaxing.
Cons: The pools were very deep and not good for non swimmers or younger children. The child pool on the 4th floor was too small. If you want a little nightlife get a taxi into Los Gigantes.
7.5 Good
Pros: Nice stuff, delicious food and pretty good location with an amazing view.
Cons: Wonky wi-fi (altough we paid for it).The bedroom is very noisy and airless, that’s why we slept in the livingroom’s couch.
6.3 Good
Cons: Paid wifi. Wet floor after cleaning.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We had a perfect duplex apartment on the 4th floor. Kitchen fully equiped. View on the rooftop pool (but they can't see in the room) and partial sea view and mountain view. Very friendly staff. Great location. And free parking in the neighbourhood. Definetely recommended.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Cleanliness and honesty of staff. We left a purse in the room on check-out and it was returned to us.
Cons: View from our room. Straight into a wall and other apartments

6.3 Good
Pros: The warm pool
