Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent views and convenient location, making it a highlight of their stay. However, many reviews pointed out significant issues with cleanliness, such as dirty rooms and outdated facilities. Service was also frequently criticized, with several guests describing staff as unhelpful or unfriendly. The atmosphere was often described as old or in need of renovation, which detracted from the overall experience. While a few guests mentioned spacious rooms, the positives were generally outweighed by the negatives in these key areas.
