Guests say

Guests consistently praised the hotel's central location, with many finding it convenient for city access and transport. Several reviewers also highlighted the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. However, cleanliness was a major concern, with numerous complaints about dirty rooms, unpleasant smells, and poorly maintained bathrooms. Some guests noted that the hotel facilities are outdated, and issues such as limited hot water and broken air conditioning were mentioned. Overall, while the location and service received positive feedback, cleanliness and maintenance were significant drawbacks.
