The staff left me alone, and the only thing that could've been better was if the stay was longer
Cons (-) Make sure if non smoker you book non smoking room!!! They said they could not change my room because I booked through third party.
Cons (-) Beds were super hard but not the worst I’ve ever slept on. Super thin walls with very noisy guests late at night.
Cons (-) We were on a non-smoking floor but there was a lot of smokers around us...
Pros (+) Clean but old. Comfortable though.
Cons (-) It’s just older, there is a hole is our carpeting so they have duct tape covering that up. Hallway carpet has seen much better days. Could use some upgrades and repairs.
Pros (+) Food was good
Cons (-) a room that didn't have a toilet that leaked. Also rattling of AC
Pros (+) Location
Cons (-) Security service pulled me off my table accusing me of taking chip that wasnt mine.dealer paid out wrong. Gave back chip with no problem and security still made me go with them to a back room. Where they tried to handcuff me to a chair after I already gave back chip. Did not want to let me leave I had to call police to come and let me go. Soon as I talked to police they let me go right away unnece...

Pros (+) Great location, nice staff, good food
Cons (-) Had QUESTIONS on why there is a $30 a night ( up front fee fee charged to our account) ... that would refunded after we checked out? A way to make INTEREST on our money???? Plus here it is a day and a half later and THE FEE still has not been removed??? What’s up????
Pros (+) The price and the wait staff at the buffet.
Cons (-) The check-in process was very long, cumbersome and outdated.
