Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent central location, making it easy to explore the city and access transportation. Many appreciated the friendly and helpful service from staff, as well as the comfortable beds and overall cleanliness of the rooms. However, several guests found the room sizes to be small or cramped, and a few mentioned issues with air conditioning or noise from nearby streets or cafés. Overall, the positives of location, service, and comfort outweighed the negatives for most visitors.
