Pros (+) Hotel staff was extra accommodating to our late arrival schedule. They pro-actively contacted us and let us know how to coordinate getting in late at the location. Full kitchen inside each suite. Bedding, although not the newest comforter was clean and fresh. For the price point that they charge per room the location is perfect for a quick stay or place to just rest up. Again the staff were super ...
Cons (-) I think one thing that would immediately improve the look and feel of the room was some new carpet. The carpet in the room was likely fairly old and although I'm sure vacuuming has been done on a regular basis the time and age of it shows.

Pros (+) Exactly what I was looking for! Close to Lewes beaches, full kitchen facilities, very clean and very reasonably priced! Please, owners, don't upgrade this place and raise the prices-- it's perfect as it is.
