The lovely lady that attended the breakfast was delightful! The pool had a very strong chlorine smell, that we could not swim! It caused both my kids to cough violently

The staff was very nice, and the location of the hotel was pretty good for the places we wanted to visit. Indoor pool was a nice touch, even though we didn't get to use it. Room smelled musty, & stairwell was rancid. Mold and rust in the bathroom, which also didn't look like anyone cleaned it beyond wiping the sink and flushing. All furniture very uncomfortable no matter how many pillows we used. Heater/a/c was sporatic.

The location is the only thing good about this hotel. The hotel was dirty. The linens were dirty and stained. The carpet was dirty.

I enjoyed my stay. The hotel is a little dated. But overall, it's a nice place and location. The staff was very friendly and helpful! ! It was a little dated.

Breakfast was good, but lacked proteins. The bed was comfortable and the staff was friendly. Plenty of outlets for chargers. The water in our shower was scalding hot, even with it turned all the way to cold. Our room keys recoded in the middle of our stay. A little hard to get to.

It was clean. But, a little dated. They didn’t have a good breakfast selection. But, I made due. The first room smelt like mildew. And I was switched to the room down the hall. Which was much better.

For breakfast there was only one waffle machine and it was not enough to keep up with the volume of guest. The pillows were very small. The room needed more space in the bathroom for a family of four trying to share one bathroom.

I was good, no problems. Did not exceed my expectations. I stayed at the sleep inn across the street the next night. Property is newer and in better shape. Walls in the hall and door frames are all dinged up and it seems like they can't afford to keep the place looking nice. The inside of the room wasn't bad though.

Staff was friendly and helpful Room smaller than other Comfort Suites I've stayed at. Tub dirty, chipped and too small for a bath. Dried white paint on brown doors on 3rd floor. Hallway very narrow entry and hallway reminded me of motel 6 or so. Ceiling in lobby very dirty.

The staff was good especially the night desk clerk. The place was just not clean. The elevator smelled bad, the bathtub was dirty, the acrylic knob on the shower really bad (clean well or replace) and the overall feel of the entire hotel was dirty. The breakfast are staff needs to wipe the tables often.

Breakfast staff Didn't like the handicap configuration of the bathroom. Shower didn't look clean and shower curtain didn't reach the floor spilling water into the bathroom.

Front desk clerk The room I reserved was suppose to be a NON-SMOKING room. It smelled like an ashtray. I have been in rooms where the smoke odor was faint but this smelled like a bar.

Be aware, the indoor pool was rather shallow, with ends at 3 1/2 feet sloping to 4 feet deep in the center. If you have young children, this may be preferable. Older ones, maybe or maybe not. Breakfast was adequate with several choices that varied day-to-day. It was well-maintained and appeared to be restocked throughout the morning. Service was courteous. Room was average with a somewhat unusual layout. No closet, but an armoire at the far end of the room. Microwave and fridge were great to have, for heating up leftovers from any of the many nearby restaurants.

OVERAL EXPERIANCE WAS AWFUL WITH PRICELINE!ON OUR BUSINESS TRIP OUR HOTEL WAS BOOKED AT 11:45pm.WE ARRIVED AT 3AM.TO OUR SURPRISE THE RESERVATION WAS CANCELED. NEXT DAY CHECK IN 11AM....WTF PRICELINE. Our priceline issue above. WOULD RETURN TO THIS HOTEL. THEY EXCEEDED OUR EXPECTATION.

the location. It's close to good eats and shops. the indoor pool had to much clorine in it, so much that it burn your eyes and we were ran out by it in less than 10 mins. Also no pool towels around.

After we arrived we discovered that Priceline had changed our hotel room. The hotel was notified of the change, but, I was sent an email confirming my stay at Comfort Suites. Almost didn't have a room. Didn't know how to contact someone with Priceline. Hotel was great. Fortunately gave us a room after the misunderstanding.
