the room was very hot. when I tried to adjust the temp it wouldnt work. The front desk didnt seem to care. Luckily we were only there 4 hrs. I had to leave earlier ecause of dripping sweat.

Pros (+) The young lady at the night restaurant was amazing.
Cons (-) Your staff was not friendly toward non-Portuguese speakers. My son accidentally left his portable speaker in room 321on 3/25/16. I called the hotel the same day and they said will call me back on 3/26/16. I am guessing 3/26/16 never came. No call
