Pros: I appreciate having updates about the flight mid flight.

Cons: Better management of certain unruly passengers causing a scene by taking seats which were not for them because they can’t be bothered to book two seats together during the booking process and try and take a short cut when it comes to getting on the plane.

Pros: The food was amazing as usual. The crew's service was great!

Cons: 3hours late

Pros: We were able to bring our normal size backpacks as personal items even though they were certainly larger than the tiny personal item size limit.

Cons: We had a terrible experience with getting checked in online and adding a checked bag. Numerous issues getting in touch with the company and the call centre staff was rude and unhelpful. The website is glitchy. The fee for bringing checked luggage was very high. We won't use this airline again.

Pros: Nice clean plane. Short flight good check in, comfortable seat. Nice staff

Pros: On one of the busiest weekends for flying it was perfect..... the plane the staff and the flight

Cons: People had to go a long way to find space to stow their bags. No one was telling people to put small bags under their seats.

Pros: I actually found the seat quite comfortable, compared with other low-cost airlines. I was glad that i could take my hand luggage onto the plane, allowing me to exit without having to wait at the carousel. There was plenty of space in the overhead locker. I liked the sense of humour in the announcements - it proves that even serious things can be said in a pleasant manner

Cons: Flight keft 35 min kate and boarfing was very slow and disorganized

Pros: I liked the (free) upgrade to Premium Economy.

Cons: Food was ok but I recommend including a small salad with dinner.

Cons: The members at the checkin desk did not speak english well and would not do a required visa check that the website said needed to be done to validate our boarding passes.

Pros: Normally I don't like Ryanair. They charge for everything and service is poor. This time round, things seem to have improved. Service was good and attentive.

Cons: Still very impersonal, and it was only after waiting 20 mins on the plane that the pilot made an announcement about the delay. Boarding was painfully slow and disorganised, and we couldn't hear the announcements. Coffee still rubbish, but improving.

Cons: Flight delayed 2 hours with very little communication as to why. We were not informed of likely length of delay. Once on board we were not offered any small compensation such as a free drink etc. Customers were moved to accommodate other passengers resulting in my friend moving from isle or middle seat. This wasn’t handled very gently and she wasn’t thanked.

Pros: Flight was 30 minutes faster than schedule

Cons: Info about snacks and duty free purchases on board.

Pros: There was nothing really special or to write home about on this particular Lufthansa flight: it got us there safely and ahead of schedule, albeit, uncomfortably (seats were extremely thin and uncomfortable) and the pitch/distance between seat rows was extremely short & cramped..

Cons: Seats could have been more comfortable; they were extremely thin and uncomfortable--and airline could give more legroom/pitch between seats.

Cons: The aisle between seats are too small. The carts and people can barely make it through. Aisle passengers always get bumped making it a long flight.

Cons: I got overcharged for a bag $230 Dollars, both planes were delayed, the supervisor Danny at Ohare was horrible, will never use Lufthansa ever again!

Cons: Too much nonsense with carry on and check in language. I paid for my seat but they changed it for better balance of the plain. Really I weigh 165 lbs. Once the plane reaches altitude they let me take my seat. However the plane was barely occupied and somebody with closer and took my seat.

Cons: Air line was fine but there was a big queue for security for everyone at the airport, was slow going through there, probably took at least half an hour. Only got to gate just before closing as did other passengers on the flight. A member of staff near the gate was impatiently telling people to hurry up but we could n't help being delayed at the security check.

Cons: I paid for my seats and the ask me to change next to the emergency door, something that i would never choose.

Cons: Get more organised. There is no point checking the passports on the plane door when they have already been checked at the gate, especially when people are waiting in the freezing cold to board the plane.

Pros: Fast boarding. I exchanged place with a stranger with no problem .

Cons: There's not a lot of space for your legs but that's an airplane problem and not really ryanair only. They took off the little basket space from the seat in front of you so you have nowhere to put away your stuff which is very annoying. You have ton pay for everything on board, absolutely nothing is free and it's ridiculously expensive.

Cons: It is very uncomfortable to fly 5 hours on a seat without the possibility to lean back. The fixed back of the seat might be acceptable on short flights, but not on a 5 hours flight.

Pros: the length of the flight and check in was fast with the machine

Cons: the boarding was chaotic, the airport and airline staff were confused and disorganized, the flight was delayed, we had to walk on the tarmac which was completely open to the street (I could have just walked straight to the plane without going through the airport at all basically), the leg room inside the plane is so tight that my knees were almost touching the back of the seat in front of me and I am only 5 feet tall, a bottle of water was 6 British pounds which is a ridiculous price, the landing was less than stellar

Cons: they lost my bag, everything was in there. Had a direct 3 hour flight from london to lisbon, so checked in my luggage with everything in there.
