Cons: "Our flight was delayed an hour out of Denver and then 4 hours delay out of London to Lisbon. And, after that long delay they didn't even offer free water."

Pros: "Felt like a disorganized mess! I don’t understand how this is still in business. Water was for sale on the flight, not for free. Water!! It’s a basic amenity. Exit row was exactly the same leg space as the rest of the aircraft. So why did I pay extra?"

We were charged for drinks that are usually complimentary (water and ginger ale) and when the credit card slip needed to be signed, my partner's ginger ale was spilled. The attendants couldn't be bothered to give us more than two cocktail napkins to clean up an entire can-worth, and did not offer to replace the drink. I had to dig into my bag to try and find napkins because there was soda covering the tray as well as all over the seat and his lap. I've always had positive experiences on BA flights, but sorry to say this one was sub-par."

The aircraft was packed full, not even water was offered without charge, the service even at that was barely fast enough to make one pass of the passengers before landing, the aisles were continually blocked with service carts selling so how are you supposed to make a bathroom break?"

But being the NEO 320 the seat was extremely comfortable and for someone who doesn't sleep on flights I nearly nodded off a few times. Knee room was ok but overall the seat was very comfortable and I could have easily spent a few more hours in that seat."

This was not such a good idea I discovered as they charged $94 euros for one large and one small piece of luggage. Almost as much as the fare itself. I have flown on many airlines in many countries and have never experienced baggage fees this high."

No one ever called the flight why we waited in line. Went to customer service, they said there was nothing they could do and the next flight out was in 2 days to Lisbon. the flight was delayed over an hour on top of it. I had to fly Monarch for $300 out of Gatwick and pay for a train to get there and flew out 8 hours after my flight original flight was supposed to. Now I am in line for my return flight, and they want to charge me for my bag, when they already charged me for a flight I didn't take. Unacceptable. I'll never fly this airline again and I want a full refund."

They would not even let me talk to cabin crew to see if there was room. I eventually took out all my valuable belongings and brought them with me onto the plane. After having a very rude interaction with two different people. One even said "don't tell me how to do my job." Then when I got on the plane there was plenty of room for my backpack. The floor was incredibly dirty with chips on all over the ground. We then sat on the tarmac for half an hour. I could not believe how rude the check in crew was, they would not even listen to me explain that I had put the exact same backpack under my seat two days ago. Completely absurd."
