Cons:Limited menu. I'm vegetarian and bean soup too sslty, no whole wheat bread, or whole grain rice, no baked potato, etc
Cons:The oatmeal at the meager breakfast was horrid.
Cons:We were originally placed in room 1111 in the main section, we found it to be too noisy being next to the elevator. This was also a very small room with a mini bathroom. After complaining about our neighbors who left their TV on all night and the racket from the elevator, they moved us to a larger room which I am sure was an upgrade.
