Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's central location, making it convenient for exploring the city. However, many expressed dissatisfaction with the cleanliness of the rooms, citing issues such as dirty linens, unpleasant odors, and overall lack of maintenance. Bed comfort was also a common complaint, with several guests finding the mattresses and pillows uncomfortable or worn out. Service was criticized for being unresponsive or impersonal, particularly due to the lack of on-site staff and difficulties with check-in. Additionally, many felt the value for price was poor, given the quality of the facilities and services provided.AI-generated from customer reviews
