Cons (-) When I arrived in my room, there was only one towel (for a room that is meant for four people), and the shower did not work. The staff wasn’t particularly friendly—when I inquired about checking in early, I was scoffed at and told that my room “might be ready” by check-in.

Pros (+) Breakfast was great, bed was comfortable. My kid loved the pool area.
Cons (-) Had problems checking in because I booked a room on a third party website but it wasn’t a pet friendly room even though the website said pet friendly. Had to call customer service to get it fixed. Found it stupid that I had to call the third party to call the hotel to see if it was okay to change even though I was at the hotel in person.
