Pros (+) The staff was very friendly and helpful. They were under remodel and short staffed and they were doing their best. There was a mix up with my card being charged twice and Beth was quick to fix it. Our room was outdated but clean and the beds were comfortable.
Cons (-) The pool was not open and when we inquired at booking if it would be completed by our stay date, we were assured that it would be. It was not. We were there for a baseball tournament and it was 100 degrees so we had some very hot and disappointed little boys.

Pros (+) Location was convient. Staff was friendly. Rooms were great size.
Cons (-) Hot tub was ice cold. Hotel and rooms could use updating and be more thoroughly cleaned. Sheets were clean but stained. Our towels weren't replaced.
